i don't agree with the TNA title having any prestige, no matter what soil it is defended on. it has only been around since 2007 for christ sakes. we woukdn't give the ROH title any prestige had guys like punk, joe, danielson, and styles not gone on to do better things.IWGP is number 2 right behind WWE for sure. Thats like not recognizing World Title reigns before the WCW Title really became the WCW Title. Sorry...but the NWA TNA Title and its lineage, carries over to TNA.

WWE World Heavyweight is EASILY the most prestigious imo. People on the indies dream all their lives to get to the top of the biggest company of the world. The kid beginning to train doesnt dream about being ROH champ but WWE Champ. -- Some of us are exceptions of that; I never dreamed about being the WWE champ (thou I did dream of being IC champ, since that belt holds more prestige than the franchise or World titles of theirs). I dreamed of becoming the NWA Worlds Heavyweight champion and that was my aspiration. Even the late Roland Alexander, who was trying to recruit me into his "boot camp" couldn't wrap his head around that one. ==== 1. NWA Worlds Heavyweight title (just based on the lineage, if a guy like Raven can cry when he's told he's winning it, it's a belt that means more than anything else!) 2. WWE Intercontinental title (granted, it's not a "World title", but technically "Intercontinental" basically means "World"). 3. ROH World title (this would've been #2, but I firmly believe Jerry Lynn was the last credible "World Champion" the company's had - nothing against the lineage since, but I don't see 'World Champion' when I watch some of the guys who've held the title). 4. NWA Worlds Tag Team titles (after all these years, those belts still hold meaning) 5. TNA Heavyweight title (it was a toss up between the WWE's cartoonish belts or TNA's, and I went with TNA's since I'm an avid fan and haven't watched WWE in quite a few years.. but have read about their dropping the ball on unifying their titles. Atleast with TNA, AJ's keeping the prestige alive with his recent world tour of his version of the belt).

1. PWG World Heavyweight Championship. 2. WWE Championship. 3. ROH World Championship. 4. TNA Heavyweight Championship. Booking your champion and title itself like crap takes away prestige no matter who is holding it. WWE and TNA book there champions like utter crap. Don't get me wrong, I love PWG, but that title gets defended like 5 times a year. How does that make it the most prestigious title in wrestling?... Because it is defended against legitimate contenders. If Cena defended the title twenty times against challengers like JTG, Tatsu, Axel, Ryder, Khali versus defending it five times against challengers like Orton, Undertaker, Triple H, Bryan, Punk which title reign would bring more prestige to said championship?

That point had no relevance to the topic and made no sense. Cena doesn't defend against jobbers. I disagree with you about PWG Title being the most prestigious. Were all allowed our opinions though.

Exactly. Please name to me the last 5 challengers to the PWG Title.

Johnny Gargano, Chris Hero, Kyle O'Reilly, Drake Younger, and Kevin Steen. Does that scream prestige to you? I love Hero...but these are the biggest and best in the world. Hero is the best of the group....and thats not enough to scream prestige. Yes, Gargano can work circles around Randy Orton, Cena, etc....but those names are far more prestigious than Gargano.

Right Now
1.IWGP Title 2.WWE Title 3.ROH Title 4.TNA Title 5.Triple Crown
The IWGP title is the #1 title in the world at this very moment for those who follow more then just the WWE. It is constantly defended in 5 star matches month after month and the prestige the title carries is second only to The NWA Title History.
The WWE/F Title is filled with prestigious but has been filled with quite a few suspect title holders over the last few years which has hurt the title and it's meaning. It really is not a big deal to win the WWE title anymore as it is used as just a piece of hardware rather then meaning you are the top guy in the company.

WCW was it's own company, but used the NWA title, then introduced the international world title, which the big gold belt came to be known as, and then they merged, using the big gold belt as the 1 world title, so i agree with that part. BUT, saying the NWA title lineage carries over to the TNA title is silly IMO. yes, tne NWA title at one time had lineage, but was pretty much a beached whale by 1988. TNA was esentially an indy company with financial backing when it started. ken shamrock noshowed and was stripped. TNA did not abide by NWA board of directors, hence all the NWA titles were pulled from thier company. then TNA made their own belts. so no, like i said, i respectfully disagree that the NWA/TNA lineage is connected.

But from the moment TNA used the NWA Title as its world title, why they call it the NWA-TNA World Champion, till now is the lineage of the TNA Title. Ken Shamrock is the first ever TNA Champion.

Very confusing, but I understand and can agree with what you're saying.

WWE's Title is defended infront of tens of thousands and is known by hundreds of millions in hundreds of countries. Understand?

The most prestigious is the SWF World Championship. Other than that, the WWE Championship is another top title. I don't get why the ROH Title would be seen as the 1 title, when: 1. The title isn't know by the average fan. 2. It's not a wrestler's dream (just an obstacle) 3. Title hasn't been around long, and compared to the WWE Title, doesn't share a great amount of Legendary Wrestlers holding the belt. 4. Small wrestlers title - Muahaha.

The CZW title is the most worthless ten pounds of acrylic painted silver ever to be used as a "title".
The National Wrestling Alliance championship has a lineage traceable to the Innagural world champion of any distinction.. Even with it's dying breath, the title will hold more prestigue than every other title. The WWE's primary championship is the most noteable & has been for the last two decades, but being the title everybody wants because 90% of it's participants don't know much better doesn't equate to prestigue.
