According to one ebay seller... there is a belt variant..
is this true?
"Toys R Us Exclusive Belt Variant" is all you need to search..
anyway, is there two editions and I just missed the memo?

Looks exactly the same to me.
EDIT: His description makes it sound like the side plates are just faded.

Nope, not faded, there are differences. I've had 5 of each and the TRU Cena belts aren't exactly like the Rock's belt. Nothing major, but for the few that collect variations, it is noticeable.

There is a slight difference in the 2 belts, IIRC the silver on Cena's belt's side plates shows up a little brighter than rocks.
