Here's a cutting edge concept:
A reverse battle royal - this match type pretty much starts with all the competitors outside the ring and the object is to toss the competitors into the ring. The match ends and a victor is crowned when there is only 1 man remaining outside of the ring.

Triple cage ladder match, 4 team tornado tag, surrounded by Punjabi prison, which is then surrounded by lumberjacks.....2 out of 3 falls.

I played out a concept of that idea where there are various briefcases in a ladder match when I was younger. One case had a world title shot, one had an intercontinental title shot, one had a tag team title shot and you chose your partner and one stated you were fired. Pretty sure TNA used to to do some concept of that though.

I've already created a few stipulations. My favorite is "The Escape from Zombie Island". I originally titled it Escape from New York, but retitled when rethinking it a bit.
It's a cage match with an open or unlocked door, or no door at all on the cage and an open hole. The participants have the option to escape the cage through the door or over the top. Over the top they climb onto a scaffold that runs the length of the entrance way, to the top of the stage. On the floor through the door, they're entering "the zombie hoard", where lumberjacks with staple guns surround the ring to "bite" them. So you're either fighting the high risk of falling but maybe escaping or the guaranteed injury of staple gun shots. Winner gains a belt or something from the top of the stage.
