Well I didn't realize the attire mattered so much as the actual person in the era. If I'm going to collect the era I'm going to buy every person that was in the era regardless of what attire they are in. I'm not going to worry about what dress Ms. Elizabeth wore on each Nitro and which 2x4 Jim Duggen carried to the ring. But if this isn't about the attires, and you are telling me these stars were not in there during these times, well I think you need to go back and watch some Nitro's and RAW's. And, by the way I know for a fact I'm right on some including Rick Rude, Jim Duggen, Bam Bam Bigalow, Eddie Guerrero etc. Those attires were wore in WCW! But okay enough with this nonsense, you win the internet or whatever you wanted to win out this, because the attires don't match the era! OH NO fashion sense in wrestling has arrived!

Far as I know Jim Duggen never changed his attire, he wore a Canadian Jump suit during his short lived heel turn, but I want to forget about that. Far as the rest go, like Papa Shango the only thing that is different is the Trunk designs and the addition of the face paint.

and if you are going to collect 98' WWF, and want 98' WCW here is that list.
1. Flashback The Giant 2. RSC "Macho-Man" Randy Savage 3. Flashback Ms. Elizabeth 4. RSC/Matty.com Diamond Dallas Page 5. RSC/Matty.com Arn Anderson 6. Flashback Kevin Nash 7. Legends Paul Orndoff 8. Legends Rick Rude 9. Legends Jim Duggen 10. Legends Dusty Rhodes 11. Entrance Greats Million Dollar Man 12. Flashback Booker T 13. RSC Bret Hart 14. Elite William Regal 15. Legends Eddie Guerrero 16. Defining Moments Ultimate Warrior 17. Legends Bam Bam Bigalow (he was in ECW/WCW during these times) 18. Box-set WCW Rey Mysterio 19. Elite Chavo Guerrero
Add Roddy Piper to this list. He was a major player in WCW for a while as wrestler and authority figure. Rick Martel also made a very brief WCW appearance during the Monday Night War era but injuries sidelined him very quickly.

I think you guys just want to nick pick the attires Mattel has made. But if you are going to collect the era in question are you not going to customize a figure to create that character for the era? I mean isn't that the purpose of creating a collection of a era in wrestling? I was pointing out who was made for someone who may have not known much about the Mattel line. You can sit there and point at the list all you want but some people do not sit on WF 24/7 and know about the figure Mattel has released and the upcoming figure line ups. but I'm exactly right on the stars of the era. I'm actually missing Vader and Piper from my lists to be completely honest.
If you want a "accurate" list, I can provide that too, but believe me if you are looking to do the era with just Mattel releases, you will have a small collection and it will look nothing like mikey1974's collection.

The "accurate" list.
1. Steve Austin (Legends) 2. Bret Hart (Defining Moments)/RSC. 3. Shawn Michaels (Flashback) 4. Mankind (Flashback) 5. The Rock (Legends) 6. Vader (Legends) 7. Davey Boy Smith (Legends) 8. Brian Pillman (Legends) 9. Vince McMahon (Battle Pack)or If you can afford it (Mail-Away) 10. Triple H (Defining Moments) 11. Edge & Christian (Flashbacks) 12. Kane (Flashback/RSC. 13. The Undertaker (Flashback) 14. Goldust (Basic) 15. Chris Jericho (Basic) 16. Road Dog (Flashback) 17. Billy Gunn (coming soon) 18. The Giant (Flashback) 19. Honkey Tonk Man (Flashback)
I can't list any of the announcers because the wardrobe was different then, and Jerry Lawler came with no jacket, so he can't be listed according to the perfectionist list standards here.

The reason I disagree on this one is because, as I stated, it's a different character. You could take the face paint off and have it work, but you'd have to paint on eyebrows, goatee, and possibly eyes (depending on how accurate you are with it), and I assume the OP (who isn't here anymore, so it doesn't matter anyway) isn't looking to customize.
