Who do you think could return to royal rumble this Year , I think
Jeff Hardy - he's just left TNA and said he won't return unless TNA becomes better an the carter storyline So it's perfect timing for him to appear at royal rumble
Jake the snake Roberts - there's been rumour about him returning
Chris Jericho - I might be wrong but I think someone said fozzy is on tour in Pennsylvania while royal rumble is on so I can see him returning
Kharma - we did not have a diva in the rumble last year and since kharma has lost a lot of weight I see her returning with a new attire and gimmick
Hulk hogan - there was a few rumours of him appearing at wrestle mania but he might return at the royal rumble
RVD - he has been off for a while and will probobly be back for the rumble
Sheamus - he been injured for a while and is probobly due to return at the rumble
Christian - he has been off for a while so he will probobly be back
Ultimate warrior- he has been used in the 2k14 advert and in think he Might make a on off appearance in the rumble Who do you think will return

I wish they would utilize the abundance talent that they currently have. Or at the very least, use this opportunity to bring up someone from NXT to the main card.

Last I heard Sheamus was furiously rehabbing his arm to get back in time-I think he could be likely. I think Christian is still suffering symptoms from his concussion, thats what has kept him off TV.

I've gotten my hopes up the last few years for all kinds of "surprise returns" and been disappointed every time - one or two from your list MAY appear, but that'd be about it - expect the main roster to fill out the rest of the rumble.
And I wouldn't get my hopes up for Hogan - if he's coming in, I doubt they'll even have him appear until much closer to WrestleMania.
Just for fun, let's look at your list;
Jeff Hardy - not leaving TNA, that's an angle. Zero chance of being in the Rumble.
Jake "The Snake" - slim chances, I don't think WWE's interested in him. I met him a few months ago, he doesn't really seem "WWE-ready" if you know what I mean....
Jericho - didn't he return at last year's Rumble? WWE's got many problems, but they typically are conscious about not repeating themselves year over year on this stuff....
Kharma - I don't think WWE wants to do business with her anymore.
Hulk Hogan - they'll make us wait longer for Hulk....
Sheamus - pretty obvious, which could mean they won't do it... but maybe they will...
RVD - eh, maybe.....
Christian - yea, probably....
Ultimate Warrior - I really doubt it.

Though it's highly, highly and I mean highly unlikely, I would be cool to see Jeff Jarrett make a one time appearance for pure shock value.

Knowing the WWE Sheamus will return to win the Rumble. Remember the day after WrestleMania and what the crowd did during the Sheamus v. Orton match? I highly doubt they would make that the ME of Mania. Then again, they may just gp completely out there and want that reaction again.

Sheamus is almost a given, and we know that Christian is ready so probably him too. And knowing Jericho, he'll return in time for WM so he's also a possibility.
I'd love to see:
Billy Gunn Road Dogg Tatanka Carlito Matt Hardy
And less likely: STING Warrior Hogan

man if Sting showed for the RR I would faint.but Borden is that much of a mark for himself I just cant see it.he probably thinks the Sting character getting eliminated from the match would be "harmful to the legacy of the character"

I would be a hypocrite if I said they should.I have said several times that Vince relies on guys from the past/part timers too much to prop up buyrates instead of creating long term storylines to get get fans interested and stopping this stop/start push nonsense he is fixated with. but sadly Vince has lost faith in his current roster outside a few guys to sell his flagship PPV:Wrestlemania.

Remember in 08 when piper and Snuka came out in the rumble it was sad to see but wwe did it anyway.

Yeah I agree with that. I still want Sting/Undertaker at WM though!

Jake desperately wants to be in. I hope they give him a moment in the match. Jericho would be awesome but part of me hopes not just because it's how her returned last year. Kharma I think is a remote possibility. I think a while back she was hinting that negotiations with WWE were going well. Hogan is a major possibility to return on the show. Don't know if he will be in the match though. He really shouldn't be wrestling and if they do want to get some physicality from him they should save it for Wrestlemania. RVD is think he's the most likely to return and he will probably last a while. Sheamus I don't think will be back. I recently read an interview where he said he still has no timetable for his return. I'm thinking more of a summer comeback. Christian is definitely possible. I never know what his situation is. Warrior is another one I doubt. He's probably on good enough terms with WWE for merchandising at most. You never know though.
