Correct you are my good man! It's mostly just because I have internet in my room, and if I wanna watch an episode of a show I can just download it instead of waiting for it to be on tv That and to avoid contact with human life Huzzah! A man after my own introvert. Careful with that. I stayed inside so much, I'm actually an agoraphobic now. I need to take an anti-anxiety pill just to leave the house until I get used to it again. |

I'm actually writing an essay about it right now. However, I can't link anyone to it, because the opening line of it would most likely get me banned. |

I like sports... for years I didn't get NASCAR, but three seasons ago my buddy Kofi was so hyped on it it got me excited to watch, so I told him I'd watch Daytona with him. I loved it. I loved all the subtlety, that you can really only appreciate if you are patient and open-minded. I have been a diehard since. So I was looking for a guy to root for... I wanted him to be good, drive a Chevy and not be Jimmie Johnson, Tony Stewart or Dale Jr. (mostly cause, to me those were the faces and "everybody" liked them). So I was watching a race at California and Jimmie was rocking and I was kinda pulling for him, up until Harvick passed him in dramatic fashion (maybe a bump and run) and I was like holy-crap that was cool. The next race was at Martinsville and I said to myself, at the beginning of the race, if Harvick wins this he'll be my driver... and in the end he beat Jr. for the win, in the last laps. Later once his personality showed through.. loved him more. That season the Busch-Harvick feud got really heated.  |

Although I don't really get much heckling for my wrestling fandom, I do have to be a bit on the defensive when it come to NASCAR. I do live in Ca, and despite several good drivers from being from here and I live within an hour of a track they race, there arn't many fans I come across. When I do, I get all excited, like when you get to talk wrestling with a stranger. Also, working in a comic shop, it's amazing when you find other comic fans who're also NASCAR fans. |
