Wait.. are we talking the salad or are we talking Mr. Corbin?

I *used to* use regular olive oil for my salads but I realized that it is too high in calories (pure fat) and not at all satisfying enough.


Again, I reiterate, nothing wrong with fat (look at the salad for globs sakes) but it's just an unnecessary amount of kcals and honestly takes away from the taste of the meat.

Basically this meal was all about the 12 oz of chicken w/ Mrs. Dash, with a side of bacon; the spinach was just for filler/nutrients/colour/etc.



Also, the salad was well-lubricated due to the residual bacon grease as well as the coconut oil that I fried the chicken in. So it wasn't completely dry.





Overall it was a solid 8/10 would eat another one right now but it was very filling and I'm probably going to not eat again until tomorrow afternoon . Oh, and it had over 80 grams of protein. You know I love me my protein (eyebrow_raise.gif).

So... by dating you mean watching from afar, drooling all over your corduroy pants, while doing that spasm thing?

Just bring a guitar everywhere and tell people you "feel the earth." You don't actually have to play it, sounding like a worldly douchebag should do the trick.
