Custom titles are not given, they are earned.
Though I was thinking one day I might do some sort of contest in either the WWE board or Lounge with the prize being a custom title.

I had 30 years of practice of doing Hogan and Macho promos. My friends and I used to do them all the time in high school. I just enjoy doing really bad impressions.
