I didn't say Jeff was bad, just that his brother is better. Jeff is more entertaining than Matt, so, even though Matt is better in the ring, Jeff is the guy everyone loves. I also wasn't saying that people shouldn't love Jeff Hardy, just that they shouldn't claim he's the best wrestler ever. HBK is my all-time favorite, but I don't think he's the best when it comes to wrestling ability. He's great as both a wrestler and entertainer, and that's why he's my favorite, but the fact of the matter is, William Regal could most likely out-wrestle him. Guys on the indie scene could out wrestle almost every guy on the roster. It's about finding a good balance between and entertainer and wrestler. I disagree with the first sentence. Some could, I'm sure, but you're ignoring the fact that WWE prefers a toned-down style, which means a lot of guys can't adapt and are actually better than they're allowed to show. You've for guys like Bryan and Punk who were Indy darlings and adapted, sure, but look how awful Marcus Cor Von was as apposed to Monty Brown. |

Some could, I'm sure, but you're ignoring the fact that WWE prefers a toned-down style, which means a lot of guys can't adapt and are actually better than they're allowed to show. You've for guys like Bryan and Punk who were Indy darlings and adapted, sure, but look how awful Marcus Cor Von was as apposed to Monty Brown. If Brown didn't have to quit, I honestly believe he may have been WWE champion or at least WHC. |

He did for TNA, after all, but when he first showed up in ECW, he seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Side note, I think the truly best wrestler is Kurt Angle. He can wrestle a technical style, submission style, high flying from time to time, brawling, etc., and he does it all pretty much flawlessly. He's not my favorite wrestler, but there was never a match where I wasn't impressed. |
