okay I need to go do an upper body lift (mostly shoulders, some back/traps and bis: doing a homemade "bro split" for the next three weeks in my basement until I get back to my apartment w/ school gym with adequate equipment in walking distance, then I'll start stronglifts 5x5 while cutting and hopefully be able to finally join the 1000 lb club at about 200 bodyweight with a six pack by Memorial Day)
till then, banter. there better be a dozen new pages by the time I get back.
