Latest on Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania 30

That's sort of the other logic right. Cesaro deserves to be on the card, as do the Real Americans with Zeb in general imo. So that's really a fun match that gets a couple of guys in the spotlight who wouldn't get that high on the card otherwise. I'm sticking with the Wyatt Family feud for Cena and Hogan, but I think the Real Americans would be good as well. So either situation is fine with me.

My only problem with The Real Americans in that match, is that they are really the only team that can take the titles from the BrotherHood. I'm not really sold on the idea that we'll see Cody vs Goldust at Mania. Not that it couldn't escalate quickly, but we've yet to see any hint of that happening. I tend to think Cody vs Goldust is a perfect match for Extreme Rules. So I see them losing the titles at Mania, or losing them at EC and getting a rematch at Mania in a losing effort, which would ultimately divide them. The Shield is apparently on the verge of a breakup and Cesaro and Swagger are way overdue for a title reign imo.

Good point, if they stunk the joint out at Halloween havoc 97 in a cage(hilariously trying to compete against hbk/taker at badd blood 97 btw). Why would it be good now? Ill stick with hogan/cena or nothing.

Piper vs Hogan at WM 30 would be a bad match as far as in-ring wrestling goes given their ages and physical status, but it would still be better than a match between two current mid-carders that has no build-up or backstory to it.

My preference would be Hogan/mid-card face vs Piper/mid-card heel so the current guys could carry the match while Hogan and Piper give the feel good nostalgia moments. No need to waste their rub on Cena or Punk who don't need it. Give the rub to someone like Ziggler, Sandow, Kofi, Fandango, etc.

If Hogans back wasnt so bad and he could bump then I would certainly consider it. However with him being in the shape he is, anything more then a "brawl" should be out of the question.

Personally I would have Hogan, Piper & Orndorff come to the ring for a special presentation to celebrate the Wrestlemania 1 Main event. Then have them interrupted by 3MB where they can give the "Old codgers nobody cares about you guys anymore" ordeal. Then have a spat between Slater & Piper where Slater says something to Piper and Piper responds with two finger poke to the eyes and a brawl erupts and the Legends clear the ring in celebration.

Here's what I'm thinking at the thought of Hulk Hogan in a wrestling match, WHY THE F*** would they want a 60 year old man who can barely walk, who has had multiple back surgeries, including having a back stimulator put inside him, in a wrestling match. I don't care if it's a one on one match, a tag team match where all he'll do is the leg drop and the win. He's not physically in shape for a match. At least Lawler was in some sort of shape when he wrestled. For me, when he's on, I can easily just change the channel and not watch his match because I have no interest in seeing him in a wrestling ring in a wrestling match. Now if his appearance at Mania was a non-wrestling appearance, I have no problem with that, that's the perfect scenario for Hogan. Like someone mentioned here, have a Piper's Pit with Piper and Hogan, have two people come out, insult Piper and Hogan, Piper and Hogan beat up the two, end of segment.

I'd be surprised to see The Shield last until then tbh. Roman needs a good Rumble performance and to go over someone good at WM.

Would much rather see Undertaker vs John Cena. It's pretty obvious now that we're going to get Brock Lesnar vs Undertaker for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, and Hulk Hogan and John Cena vs The Real Americans. Personally, Hulk Hogan, The Rock and John Cena vs The Shield would be better.
