Mason Ryan has highly improved but he shouldnt be working in the shield. I like that they are pushing him toward a more serious role though.

Well I wonder what the reaction would have been if the internet was around in the 80's with the Four Horseman.Everyone would have bitch and moaned when Ole was kick out of the group.Sometimes adding new members to a group can actually improve the stable,I still think that The Shield has alot left as a stable moving forward without Reigns.
Now Mason Ryan wouldn't be my first pick but he gets way to much hate on him.If the WWE is dead set on him being the new 3rd man the best way to go about getting him over while also covering for his weakness would be for Ambrose and Rollins to become a tag team full time while Ryan would be their bodyguard/heavy on the outside.Then easy him in doing six man tag team matches from time to time.
Ideally the new 3rd member would have been Chris Hero but that ship has sailed.Someone posted on another site and idea that I thought might work and would actually be pretty cool but why not have the new 3rd member of The Shield be a diva from NXT instead.This would add a fresh face to the diva's division and would get a diva over in a heart beat,sense really AJ and the Bells to a lesser degree are the only ones over or that matter.You could then keep Ambrose and Rollins as a tag team and have the new diva as their vale while also wrestling in the diva's division.

I like Mason Ryan and I like this idea. People didn't complain about DX 2006 despite it only being 2 members so why complain about this?

Exactly how reading that felt. LMFAO. surely this cant be true?Ryan? I find the notion that they continue the group outside of the original membership disturbing.....although I do like the idea of Ambrose and Rollins remaining together and relevant....which they mightn't if the Shield split. |

They need a powerhouse. Having 3 totally different styles is what made The Shield so successful. Definitely worse options and I hated almost all of Mason Ryan's run.
I think he'd be a more suitable fit than some of the other ideas.

Holy  ing shit. When I first got my Dean Ambrose figure and couldn't find the other two. My temporary replacement? Mason Ryan. This is just like how I customized my Raw entrance stage when I first got it MONTHS ago. A picture of Ryback next to a picture of Curtis Axel. Months later they were a tag team.
