Pshh, my aisles look like that just when they predict a dusting. Damn hillbillies around here freak out if anything but dirt is on the ground.

My town is projected to get between 10-12 inches. I went out yesterday & did some grocery shopping, & you would of thought it was Christmas eve. Everyone in my area is stocking up too. The one thing I wish I would have remembered was hot chocolate, but its no big deal. I didn't leave the house today, & I'm definitely not leaving tomorrow. I have a couple of video games, movies to watch, & photos to edit, so I'll stay plenty entertained the rest of the weekend.

Yea, I live in Indiana too...expecting 6-10 in my area right now. We ended up going shopping Friday and stocked up, but it was our usual grocery visit every 2 weeks...so I mean...it was just good timing xD
I heard in some areas/towns gas stations are empty...

I heard in some areas/towns gas stations are empty... You've just described Louisiana every time they name a tropical storm.

We're expecting snowfall and freezing temperatures here in Chicago. Every gas station I passed by earlier was packed up the ass.

Sounds like a blast. Only snow I'll see is on the mountains.

Jesus, I'd hate to see what it would be like if the actual apocalypse happened.

I live in Northeast Indiana as well. I'm stocked food-wise. Unfortunately, I just beat Assassin's Creed: Black Flag last night. So, now I have to replay something else or do some snowed in organizing.

Get a sled, build a snowman, make a snow angel, build a snow fort, have a snowball fight.
IF YOU GET CLOSE TO A FOOT OF SNOW AND YOU STAY IN THE HOUSE.. You suck.

Living in Maine (especially this winter), a total like that doesn't even cause me to bat an eye, and yet, our grocery stores typically look similar during any period of predicted snowfall. You'd think people would have learned by now that this state is equipped to handle snow, and that, short of an ice storm, not much is going to "cripple" us. But, no. It's a madhouse.
