I need to watch that ending again. The slow yes chant leading to the knee was mind blowing epic. Dude. I don't think I've EVER seen a crowd in the hands of a wrestler to THAT extent. That blew my ing mind. That some was 1998 Austin type $hit. Wow. Just wow.

John Cena has NEVER in his entire 10 year plus career gotten a response anywhere in the same league as that. You could take 5 Cena crowd reactions and the noise would not be louder than Bryan's one reaction.
Daniel Bryan needs to be the absolute top guy in the company. He has a Hogan/Rock/Austin type following at this point. He needs to overtake Cena as the face to the company. This guy IS the next Hogan/Austin/Cena. Except he's a better technician than all of them! If WWE dosent take advantage of this then they honestly can shove it. How many more of these MASSIVE and EPIC crowd reactions does Bryan need before these numbskulls realize that he IS the MAN.

WWE looks at DBryan.... and then they look at Ryback.... and shake their heads wondering where they went wrong....

that was quite the brief heel turn. lol He was following his NXT mentor's footsteps. Didn't Miz's heel turn last about the same amount of time as well?

well all his main events on PPV have had the worst buyrates. he's not drawing money, for whatever reason. Because the rest of the cards have been horrible. Also the screwy PPV finishes for months. yeh. They did have a million screw main event finishes this summer. But he did get a clean win @ NOC? Also. Sorry i dare to say something negative about Dbry. Yikes. ppl jock Dbry way too hard on the internet. The dude has less moves than Cena....and can't draw half of what Super Cena does. I like Dbry. He's good. Some of his matches are great. But he's really not that dope. I was on the Dbry hype train too, back in 2012. CM Punk vs Daniel Bryan should've been a dream feud.....w/ dream matches. And it was a dud. Thats when i jumped off that bandwagon. That feud was so disappointing

I just can't blame Bryan for the situation WWE put themselves in throughout the fall. They had one of the absolute worst stretches of Pay-Per-Views in company history. Just downright awful. If they put the title on Bryan and bring up the quality of the product and he's still not drawing worth a damn, then your argument will carry weight, but I just can't hold any one guy accountable for how atrocious the product was from September-December.

And it was a dud. Thats when i jumped off that bandwagon. That feud was so disappointing Haha sorry I came off as negative, I didn't mean it that way. The clean win at NOC was technically considered unclean because of the Ref's fast count. Sort of like HHH not seeing Cena's foot on the rope at Summerslam 2011. His move set as a heel was a lot more varied and he was able to put in a lot more submissions. I don't think it's his choice to make his move set so limited. The moves he currently does just makes the crowd pop and submissions don't have the same effect. The way you described his moves just completely ignore the energy and passion his kicks and dives have. The part about Bryan not drawing any buys is that they haven't fully established him as a main event guy. He was in the main event title scene for 2-3 months and then Big Show took over. Then Big Show drew less than Bryan did! If they let Bryan keep the title at Summerslam and had him have a decent run, he would've had more merch sales, drew more PPV buys, and would be a possible contender for the next face of the WWE. I didn't follow any of Bryan's indie work, just his WWE run. His time in NXT impressed me, but not to where he became a favorite of mine. When he won the MITB that secured him into my favorites. So I guess you could say I hopped on the hype train as well. He hasn't showcased the best of his abilities and I believe if he main events WM 30, you'll see the best of Daniel Bryan. Then you can say whatever you want about him. *EDIT* Also the CM Punk feud, his back and forth matches with Punk as WWE champ and him as WHC were fantastic! Their Over the Limit match was fun to watch as well! MITB 2012 was also a fun match if you like the hardcore stuff.

He was fresh off a rather bad WHC reign, into a feud with Sheamus which he lost and was made to look like a coward. If Bryan and Punk have a match at WM 30, I can definitely see it as a 5 star match.

Such a cool spot. That's gotta be the most impressive thing I've ever seen anyone do! Can someone PLEASE make a thread, solely based on this incredible (mediocre) move? It's just surprising to see Reigns pull off this move considering the rest of his move set is very basic. I think everyone is just impressed because of that reason and also because he gets bashed on because he is the one in the Shield getting pushed while the other 2 are better wrestlers. It's like when Cena pulls a move out of nowhere that he hasn't used before, it could be a normal move (Ex: Dropkick, Hurricanrana, Tornado DDT) but when Cena does it, it's impressive.
