Don't blame the talent, blame the owner who graduated with a degree in PR

If they sold that few of tickets I'm surprised they didn't cancel the show. I wonder how many of these empty venues they're gonna need to see before they wake up and change the direction of the company. They're not gonna do it. They've gonna so far down hill since they brought Hogan in who ed crapup. It still blows my mind they let Styles go. /mini rant.

Ok this time, NO ONE can say that this was before the show. This is real sad and someone here said it, I'm surprised they didn't cancel the house show. I wonder how Bobby Roode, James Storm, Samoa Joe, Abyss feels about having to wrestle in front of 200-300 people in house shows instead of going to WWE, even as mid-carders fighting in front of thousands of people in house shows. Reason I mentioned these guys, WWE had an interest in all of them.

This is VERY sad. I don't see why they didn't just cancel the show.

Its sad watching stuff like this and seeing how their house shows used to get thousands of people.

Damn. I'm planning on going to Lockdown in March down here. I hope people turn out for it. I'd actually feel uncomfortable in that crowd because there are so few people. Nothing like clapping in silence.
The show has been good lately imo, but I suppose that doesn't mean anything if you were already turned off of TNA. Aries vs Sabin, Angle vs Roode, and the Investor vs Dixie angle is really just starting to hit its stride. Hardy, Joe, Aries, Bad Influence, American Wolves, Roode, Bully, I mean there are still plenty of guys worth paying to see if you ask me. I have to believe this is poor promotion. I think on some level, TNA thinks that being on Spike once a week is enough advertising for them. It's really not.

-- Been saying it all along... they need to do house shows in smaller venues, instead of these arenas. It's costing them more money then what they're getting back.
Still, I'm gonna say the TNA PR dept. has gotten extremely lazy, in not advertising. Just because you announce it once, on the broadcast, doesn't mean you're going to pack the house (especially in AL, which is supposed to be a big market for TNA). And this photo is proof, you NEED to do radio spots... you NEED to advertise on local TV... you NEED to take up ad space in the local newspaper. Perhaps a Street Team program, might be in order (nationally & internationally).

It makes no sense for them not to cancel unless their agreement with the venue prevented it.

I don't wish any ill on TNA, any competition is good competition. I remember going to their Impact show in Chicago and it was packed. Great show. I just hope they get their shiz together.

I remember thinking that the company was a bit beyond needing a street team at that point since they were blowing up. Kind of ironic that they may actually benefit from something like that now. But they're in a worse position now because they're not an upstart promotion trying to gain new fans. They've LOST so many fans that have probably vowed to never watch again, or even worse, have a complete sense of apathy towards the product.

I like that there's empty seats closer to the ring and people choose to sit further up. They could move down. Who will tell them no? The people not there?

So TNA, how is that "staying in the south to make a bigger impact and not having shows in Canada" working out for you?

I'm gonna try to book them for my backyard since it can hold more people.
