go to www.dickblick.com/zz007/12e/ that is the kind of sealer i use and it works perfectly. in the UK u could probably get it at a craft store because that's where i got mine.

Perfect solution: cgi.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8254273281&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1 Cheap, and from a UK based seller. Varnish is just another name for Sealer, so don't be discouraged by thinking it is something different.

I just use a big tin of varnish. Not sure if that's the way to go, but it seems to work ok.

if you have a local focus/do it all they sell plasti-kote spray sealer i just bought some today instead of using gloss varnish. its great stuff as long as you apply thin coats not thick ones

My local model shop does this product called "Tamiya Color Clear" and it's a perfect sealer. Only costs £1 too!
