Horrible ending. Horrible show. I can't tell you how much I hope I'm horribly wrong about everything on Sunday.

I'm bias because I was there, but the show was a blast. Saw Brock Lesnar guy which was cool. Rey and Del Rio didn't seem bad actually watching it in person. Bryan was over as hell. As was Punk and Batista. And honestly watching both Billy Gunn and Goldust compete live in 2014 was amazing to me. Felt like a kid again. Only complaints were the people sitting around me yelling out ignorant racist things and not getting the full Wyatt entrance. Also, a group of dumbasses started a USA chant during the Wyatt/Uso match for reasons I cant fathom.

The show was pretty goddamn shitty for the go home Raw of the Royal Rumble...Batista's return was met with a lackluster reception compared to DB, which is understandable.
The Shield vs. Big E/The Brotherhood and CM Punk vs. Mr. Ass were the only good matches IMO.

I really thought this would top the go home Raw before the Rumble in 2002 :/ even last years lame ass Cena promo followed by the stupid brawl was better then tonight's trash.
I still hope for the Rumble to deliver.

What wrestler were they targeting with the racist insults?? also what city was Raw tonight since you were there?

It's kinda lame that the most over wrestler is not in the title match or the Royal Rumble match - at least, not yet.
This show sort of felt like the WWE just going through the motions.

I think there is still a chance that Bryan will be a surprise entrant... but the way it was all phrased with "because Luke and Eric are in the Rumble, you'll be open for me to get you" (or whatever was said) sounded awkward. The matches aren't happening at the same time.. if the Rumble is after, which it should be, Bryan could still go over Bray and show up in the Rumble match. IDK. Weird though.

Shinedowm has done a few WWE PPV themes. That terrible Wrestlemania 22 theme. I swear I would love to dissect your brain & see what causes you to have such jaded, snobbish opinions. The theme was tremendous for the event consider who walked out at the World's Heavyweight Wrestling Champion after a war with a second generation prodigy, & the sport's only Olympic Gold Medalist. A match he earned after setting the all time participation-time record in a contest designed for the absolute largest Wrestlers to be successful in, when he out lasted every main eventer in his promotion. Clearly I'm speaking in character about the storyline, & I do so because the lyrics were highly appropriate regardless of one's musical tastes. "I dare you to tell me to walk through fire." Corny? Slightly. Befitting? Completely. We all detest the droves of Mysterio figures clogging our shelves, but he's still the best Luchador of this century in the American wrestling scene. I'm generally indifferent to him, so I'm not giving a mere opinion, but a logical observation.

Shinedowm has done a few WWE PPV themes. AND TAKE AWAY, ALL THESE PILLS If those are song references, then the joke's on me. You still haven't provided any context as to how a semi-retired journeyman, returning from a four year hiatus(that was believed to have been a permanent retirement) deserves to be the winner of a match that grants a main event, championship match at the biggest show of the industry. I'm glad Batista back & posess immense excitement for his participation in the next batch of PPVs, but I am genuinely curious what compells you to think he deserves to win the Rumble.

The first two hours of tonight's Raw were fantastic. The last hour was the drizzling poops.

I will be genuinely pissed off if the plan is to have skinny jeans Batista win the Rumble. The guy has been gone for 4 years and is in his mid 40s now. Guys like Bryan or Punk are ones who should be in the loop to win it. They need to build talent instead of bringing in older guys to rehash stuff. Rock was a different story, he's in the top 5 biggest names of all time.

Mixed bag of a show. I liked certain parts and hated the rest. Billy Gunn vs. CM Punk in 2014... never saw that one coming.

Horrible Show. That Batista Return was so anti-climatic, and he looks ridiculously rusty all round. They've hyped his return for months, and yet they prioritise Cena standing outside in the dark in an attempt to show his neon apparel in its full glory instead of closing the show with Batista's return.

I don't think he should win it, but Vince McMahon will no doubt have him win it. He's in a new movie and in the WWE, that means you get undeserved main events and title wins.
