If true, this is a shame Punk is my favorite wrestler in WWE. I kinda see why he would leave, I am really hoping he goes to TNA and changes things.

I have pictures with lots of people on my page. So? In addition, I have been a LONG TIME CM Punk fan. I still have DVDs from when he was working Dominion and weighed all of 150lbs. But over the past couple of years he has become a hypocrite and a whiner. Tired of hearing him moan about how tough his life is. He chose this life. He chose every part of it. And he is compensated VERY well for it. He shits all over The Rock for not working every show, but praises UT who worked less dates than Rock did last year. In his most recent interview he stated how much he loved having Batista back and it wasnt the same as Rock returning b/c Batista came back for the long haul. Yet now he is ticked that Batista won the Rumble? Also in that last interview he mentioned how he will reserve his judgment on the WWE Network till he gets his royalty check. No one blames him for wanting money. No one blames him for wanting financial security. But you were blasting Rock, b/c in your opinion he came back for the money, yet you make a statement like that?! And its no secret that Rock didnt come back for the money. Simple mathematics. WWE cant pay enough to Rock remotely what he is making on a feature film. #1 grossing actor at the box office last year. Top 5 for return on investment. I miss the old CM Punk.

I'm a Punk fan that is willing to call him out on his faults. I dont pretend its something else just b/c I am a fan of his work. I dont let my personal bias' cloud my opinions.

I don't blame CM Punk one bit for packing up his crapand leaving because the WWE does this to themselves.

He's not mad about Batista winning the Rumble, it was a collection of issues that caused him to leave including being burnt out and multiple injuries.

I did just watch the interview where he defends Batista and said he was happy to have him back .. so I dunno... if this is a work, it will set up a hell of a match at Mania. I will keep hoping.

OK, well thanks for explaining it in-depth. I think most people, when viewing that original tiny post, would probably assume that you just disliked Punk in general, hence the confusion.

Good for him. He proved that he wrestled because he loved it, and unfortunately he was given a shitty deal, in terms of wrestling. Clearly wasn't enjoying it, and he deserved better for what he's contributed.

Wasn't he given the night off in advance? ... He was given the Saturday off for the UFC fight, HOWEVER, they may have given him the night off Monday and then saw the internet speculation and decided on a story to run with. Its not crazy to think Vince,Hunter and Punk all sat down and mapped out a great story here to kayfabe the internet. ALSO, this does take away the distraction of how bad the Rumble was, Bryan being held down and Batista winning crying. They may have played everybody here in an attempt to set up a great feud and put Punk back in the spotlight for a big time match. It's still way too early to tell if this is a work or shoot. I am still doubting its 100 percent real.

Good riddance hypocrite! Now you can sulk at home. How is he a hypocrite? Showstopper is just bitter that Punk called people like him out for waiting in airports in Punks Vegas promo.

I am still doubting its 100 percent real. This just feels…off. With WWE likely putting Bryan in the main event at WM, Punk's match with Triple H would still be on. Why would he be pissy if he's one of the highest paid guys, and one of their go to guys? The entire way this is carrying on makes this seem really fishy.

If this is true, it's 100% the wrong way to handle yourself professionally. I'm a fan of the guy, but if this isn't a work I'm pretty disappointed in him. Why not grit your teeth, perform better than ever, and take months off after WM30. IF TRUE, this is very selfish.

really, Well Road Dog, Billy Gun, Ken Shamrock, Chris Jericho, Foley has in the past, God I could go on but I think you get the point. He is just not one of those guys that is well liked, nothing against him but he looks out for his tight nitch group and himself, always has. Road Dogg & Billy have always openly said they were bitter & wrong. Ken never said anything till WWE had no interest in bring him back recently. Y2J & Triple H have always taken digs at each other but consider each other friends. But in the end all of them either work for Triple H or want to work for Triple. So I guess it can't be all that bad. Umm, why would I bother posting them? I already know what's been said about the guy. If you're really that interested, YouTube some and type "Triple H shoot" and have at it. Maybe I'll just go the lazy route & read someone else thoughts on it. Then I'll piggyback my opinion from that. Road Dogg and Billy Gunn changed their tune on Triple H completely after they were hired as WWE agents a few years back. I mean, that's just a coincidence, right? And I wish you would piggyback your opinion off mine considering I have way more facts to back up my arguments than you do.

And no, you have no facts. Just an opinion. A faulty uneducated opinion. My opinion is based off what I see for myself. Yours is based off what others tell you. Speculation is not a fact.
