I always thought he sounded pretty damn guilty. So you're saying it's just fine if he got away with murder? If they come up with some groundbreaking evidence that proves without a doubt that he murdered a woman. Then he deserves to rot out in jail. But I just don't think it's fair that he was already tried when It happened. Yet now , 30 years later, the case is being reinvestigated. What caused this? He lost the civil suit. Just like OJ. When someone loses the civil suit it usually means you were guilty to begin with. And he didnt pay the bereaved family a single cent.

I hope that if/when he's found guilty, he's removed from the HOF. Yeah, I've gotta agree with this. If Benoit (rightfully so) is not going to be admitted, then neither should Snuka.

Sounds like they actually got some common sense.

This case has come back to bite Vince in the ass. I'm sure Jimmy is probably calling Vince right now to make sure they get their stories straight. This won't have a happy outcome. Jimmy said then that this ruined his life and he's got to go through it all over again 30 years later...He's 70 now. He won't want to go through that all over again. He'll probably pull a Benoit and hang himself.
I'd hate to say something as terrible as that, but I can see something bad like that happening for sure.

Guess we won't be seeing Snuka on any more "Old School" WWE episodes for a while....
I'm not sure why it took so long for them to pursue this issue?

I never knew about this. Like him or not, he needs to pay for what he's done, if it's indeed true.

I have known and looked into this case for years. I dont know what happened, but it ALL seems fishy to me. I truly hope justice...whatever that may be....is served. My opinion....I think Snuka is guilty.

It sounds cruel, but I'm glad it's finally going to court. I can still remember the headline of the Easton Express newspaper. I read it wrong & thought that Snuka had died. I used to frequent the place where it happened (George Washington Motor Lodge) and always heard rumors from the locals. I hope the family gets some closure from this. Here's more pictures & info if you want to read it. www.mcall.com/

What blows my mind is this common mindset that our justice system works. Jimmy Snuka is a legend regardless of his past sins. We live in a immoral world people wake up.

My opinion....I think Snuka is guilty. Did you ever see the Muraco shoot when Sean Oliver asks Don about what happened that night, did Jimmy ever tell you anything? and Muraco clams up like a mafioso boss being interrogated. You can literally feel how uneasy & uncomfortable the question made him...

I still won't condemn the guy before he gets his day in court (even though he does sound guilty) but I just realized that I shook his hand back in April. The very hand he potentially used to murder someone. That's a crazy feeling.

wow, i did not see this coming. i'd read about it in different wrestling literature since i was a youth and it seemed odd how he'd squeezed out of it.
