WTF why did it take so long for her autopsy report and the transcript of his police interview to be released?
I'm currently reading the transcript and I thought the police had to tell you your Miranda Rights at the beginning of an interview? They asked him if he wanted his lawyer 12 pages in (of 15)..
I'm not done looking this up but so far it seems really fishy..

Isn't this picture from Minority Report? Man I loved that movie. on topic: Will be interesting to see how the fans will react and if they will treat him like they treat Benoit if he's convicted. |

Indeed! Went with a very obscure "Murder..." reference for this thread so I'm glad someone got it. Ha ha! I love that movie too. Pretty underrated I say!

Hard to say, he deserves it tho if guilty. But atleast I can grab one shred of SOMETHING (im not quite sure what) but at least Benoit owned what he did by killing himself as well. And i dont even feel comfortable giving him that much credit. Snuka on the other hand just wants to completely get away with murder. |

WOW! seeing pictures of her makes it all the more real and tragic. PLUS, this was obviously a girlfriend, not some hooker or ring rat. She had trust in this man and he ended her life seemingly without a care in the world. PLUS, I see nothing whatsoever of Snuka vowing to find the man that "really" did this, wanting to bring his girlfriends killer to justice. All I see is a coward only to trying to save his own ass at whatever the cost may be. I know and understand he's innocent until proven guilty. But I'm entitled to my opinion, and I say he's guilty as sin. |

What is interesting to me is that in the first clip, regarding Vince McMahon, Jimmy says "He was there. He knew everything about it". If that's the case, then without question, they would HAVE to call his name to testify or whatever the procedure is. If I were either Vince or Jimmy, I think I'd be sh*tting my pants right about now.
They thought this case was swept under the rug and forgotten about, but it has come back to haunt them. I am VERY interested to see how this whole thing goes down.

He knows the Fed's have had a hard-on to take him down for their own reasons for 30 years now and he's gonna throw Snuka under the bus he belongs under to save himself now. |

I think he got away with it and Vince helped him to do so. Got away with it, until now, that is.

And he has 4 different versions on his story one was that she bashed her own head by accident on the nightstand in the hotel room during rough sex. |

Im tellin ya's now.....this is a huge deal if this goes any further. if Vince is found to have aided and abetted a homicide the arena load of enemies he has made in the last 20 years will be out in force.
only this time? People will want to listen to them.

While I personally believe Snuka did have something to do with it, there's just not any definitive proof that he did it. Especially 30 years after the fact. There are no witnesses, there's no marks on her body that were determined to be left by Snuka's hands on her body. It says in the report that the head injuries were "consistent with a moving head hitting a stationary object". Unless someone still has the object she hit her head on laying around, there's no evidence left as the place has apparently been bulldozed years ago and is now a Home Depot. Snuka & McMahon might both be questioned again but in the justice system you're innocent until proven guilty and you cant just assume someone is guilty. You have to prove it and I simply dont think Snuka can be proven guilty.
At most he and/or McMahon might get charged with Perjury which at worse would only be 7yrs in prison. Im sure McMahon could/would buy his way out of any jail time.
