I found this while I was searching the Internet today. Supposably these are the prototype head for the Orange Card Hasbro Series.

Did you take this picture from the thread about this a little further down on this very forum page?

This is awesome. ..The 3rd one from the left looks like undertaker with no hat. Interesting. ...thanks for sharing.
So along with the mannix Kevin Nash. The series is now been seen...I'm sure more will pop up soon...I'm just waiting to see the ljn lost series. They will be out one day...I never thought we would see these hasbro prototypes but here we are.

I wonder what molds would have been used. I can see the Macho/Michaels/Martel body for Jarrett or Roberts/Tito. Koko would be Mo, Mabel would be new. Not sure about Diesel considering the type of pants he used.

Not sure about Diesel considering the type of pants he used. I always felt they would use the Roberts style body for Jarrett. Maybe that's from seeing too many customs of him also with the Piper head and Jake body.

Now that we established a few Orange card guys do exist, I think the next mystery will be to figure who the curly haired guy truly is.

To me it looks like The Undertaker but I have read that it also looks like Piper and The Ultimate Warrior. The only flaw I can see it that neither Piper or the Warrior were in the WWF at the time the Orange card would have been released.

But since the Texas Tornado's head is included, there's no solid evidence that the mystery head couldn't have been from an earlier series. It probably wasn't, but it's entirely possible. The greatest part of that head is that it doesn't truly look 100% like someone like all the others. Cases can be made for looking a lot like a few different people, though one or two features aren't perfect. Very interesting.

Yeah, with Tornado's head being in the lot it doesn't mean that the wrestler was slated for 1994. Like Ozz says it's possible it was one that was made and scrapped. Also, Luger's head doesn't indicate that a Made in the USA was slated. I'd say he probably was (given the time fame and the height of his popularity). For all we know it's like Tornado: a previously made head that the previous owner had with the others.

This video is for Survivor Series 1991:
Check out 2:46 and I think that is where the mystery head comes into play. I think it's based on Undertaker from 1991 though the hair may not be as long. Check out the nose and it looks very similar. Also on the wax head, it has two vertical slits near his eyes which I think is based on the slits Undertaker has for his makeup to give him the walking dead look. If you look at the side view of the WWF magazine with he and Nailz on the cover, the nose would most likely match the side view of the head's nose.
Considering the guy has a Tornado head which was also a 1992 release, I think it's got to be Undertaker. I don't think Hasbro got the hair accurate with their Undertaker release. I don't think it could have been a 1994 edition either. By 1993, his hair was much longer and considering Hasbro was into the reusing molds, I doubt they would have made a new head or if they had a prototype head, they probably just would wind up going with the repaint head like they did with the repaint.

Next thing to find would be the Hart Foundation version of Anvil or the bandana/long pants Macho Man, both as pictured in the production sketches!
