All of those are indeed outside Marvel Studios so they absolved of blame(although I don't agree they are all bad) FF/X-men are at Fox.....and they are taking the cake with FF at the moment....ridiculous. but I digress. I like the choice of Irons for Alfred and as usual will judge Eisenberg on his performance. FF WAS Sony, but Marvel have the license now don't they? It's the new reboot that they want to miscast Johnny Storm so badly . I actually liked Evans as Storm, thought he was great. FF was never Sony, it was and still is Fox.

Looks like the first trailer for this movie is out..
Seriously, the more that comes out about this movie the worse it sounds.

I'm with the group that is ok with Irons, but kind of confused by Eisenberg. Then again I've only ever seen Eisenberg in Zombieland.

No FF has always been Fox since the initial sale man......Rothman and his "ilk" seem opposed to making a good FF movie. sucks so badly that Docter Doom is tied up in this. Fox have stated that they would release straight to DVD movies before they let the rights revert back to Marvel Studios. Sony only ever had Spider-Man as far as I know.

Ben as Batman; alright let's see how it works, he at least looks the part. Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman; She's a tall, pretty girl. Let's see what she's got. But I must admit Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor is completely out of left field for casting. I'm going to see this no matter what and his casting alone indicates how they're going to portray Lex, but I'll admit I am skeptical. I won't judge until after the movie is out and I've seen it. Jeremy Irons as Alfred is really good casting though, so at least that news made me happy.

People should at least wait for the trailer before making any conclusions on Eisenberg's Luthor. Eisenberg actually reminds me of the Luthor from Birthright.

I want to know how we went from Bryan Cranston rumors to getting Mark Zuckerberg? I'm just saying. I don't not like Eisenberg, I think he did an amazing job in Social Network, and I like both Adventureland and Zombieland, 30 Minutes or Less is a hilarious movie, but what the were they thinking? I like Irons as Alfred. Seems like a great fit. He actually seems perfect for an Earth One Batman imo. I mean this entire movie is just comical at this point.

Never heard of Jesse Eisenberg, but googling him he looks completely wrong for Lex. The movie seems to be getting worse and worse. Really? He's not absolutely tip-top A-List but he's a big name. As the article mentions he got an Oscar Nomination for Best Actor in one of the best films of recent years. I actually really hated The Social Network & his performance, but just my opinion. I don't dislike him, but thought the character he played & the movie itself were overrated & pretentious.

Seriously, the more that comes out about this movie the worse it sounds. they just came out with a new trailer....surprise new character at the end that they're really excited about introducing **In all seriousness, this movie does not interest me....why can't somebody just shell out some dough so Del Torro can make Hellboy 3 already (that's what I want to see) Joaquin phoenix must have passed on luther....I would've watched it with him ***calling it now, Eisenberg plays Lex Luther, but he use to be Robin & betrayed Batman (crappy writing 101)

TSN is one of my favorite movies. Different strokes I guess. He played the role fantastically.

TSN is one of my favorite movies. Different strokes I guess. He played the role fantastically. Yeah, just wasn't for me.... If I'm being honest, the deck was stacked against it before I saw it. I have a hard time enjoying any form of biopics. They would have to be beyond incredible (IMO) for me to enjoy. IDK what it is, but 'Walk The Line,' 'Ray,' 'Ali,' & anything like that has not been enjoyable for me. Besides Gandhi - I don't know of one that I like & where I didn't feel like I was watching actors that didn't fit into the skin of said person/people. Even though it's an exaggeration of the guy & meant for entertainment, the idea of watching the creation of Facebook didn't thrill me as far as story. I also dislike Timberlake's acting in any movie, but I think I didn't care for Eisenberg (not because of how he did things), but the actual choice of how the character would be.

I'm a huge Timberlake fan as a general rule. However, I will agree that his acting leaves a lot to be desired. With that being said, I don't think he's the worst I've ever seen. I really enjoyed Alpha Dog, TSN (as discussed) and I love Friends with Benefits. Trouble with the Curve is good too but that's more so because I'm a big Clint Eastwood fan.

I haven't seen Trouble With The Curve, but I disliked Alpha Dog & mainly because Ben Foster's overacting in certain scenes was too much for me to handle (the getting fired scene & others) also, the scene where he beats up like 10 guys & a woman at the party...I couldn't help but think it was a joke **not bashing your taste, but just explaining my reasons; liked him in 3:10 to Yuma I thought Timberlake wasn't bad in that, I did think Hirsch was not believable in his part....the kid they kidnap did a good job but an ex thought he was cute & for some reason it drove me to hate the guy (other actors didn't bother me if girlfriends liked, but for some reason that guy did - I don't like him in Star Trek) It isn't Timberlake's fault, but he's in prob the worst movie I've ever seen....Southland Tales, with the Rock -- it is something else lol Timberlake is by no means the worst actor, that's for sure....I have seen 'The Room' -- worst acting in a film ever, but to the point that it's hilarious & a cult classic I did think his acting was really bad in Bad Teacher & The Love Guru though......I don't blame him completely for that

It's about time Timberlake stops pretending to be an actor... he's absolutely abysmal in every single movie he makes.
