I heard that it was hit man attire but I could be very wrong I would love that though and if it came with the 434 days shirt it would look sick

Well since its a while before this series will be produced and released, this figure can easily get canned. If punk takes an extended break or a permanent one, just like what happened to matt hardys brother in series 1. They can just add an extra figure of someone else in the set.

If we're getting a Jim Ross figure soon, and he was released many moons ago, you can bet we'll be seeing new CM Punks throughout the year at least. Even longer if this is a "worked" thing. That would be bad a**, I would hope if they did it, they'd give him the goofball face and "bang bang" hands from this photo  Btw, it'd great to see some different punk expressions on figures before he's wwe history. |

So I assume everyone knows what really happened with CM Punk huh? Cause all I heard was one story after another. I mean they really haven't stuck to one story it has been more than one story. He is still on the WWE roster page and the WWE twitter page tweeted Punk the other day, not about the situation but about their comic book. Why tweet someone who left? If it is true, I'm sure Vince and Punk worked it out or something. Why else would he be on the roster still? Why else haven't Punk tweeted since Monday? I mean Punk, the man who loves to talk and it carries on in his tweets. But again who knows what really happen. Until WWE officially announce he is gone, I'm not believing anything and as far as E29 Punk, I hope it's a good attire.

Oh I think this is a work like the last time right before he won the title. But if this isn't a work and he really did walk out the WWE should just let him go. Because he would have done the one thing that Vince always says is the one unforgivable action...no showing events you were booked for. (How many DVD's has that been said on? Hell it was the theme of the Self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior DVD) and if that is the case the WWE should cancel all upcoming Punk merchadise.

It does seem like a work, I mean Punk haven't tweeted anything since last Monday. On top of all that, there isn't one story they are sticking to.. You make that much money, have your own bus, and get a push that leads to a match vs Triple H at WM30 and I have 0 sympathy for the way he acted. To keep this relevant, I hope the tights have a unique color design or whatever. |

I'd imagine that if there was a CM Punk figure scheduled for e28 or e29, it'll still happen, even if he's gone from the company for good. At the end of the day, these figures are produced to make money and Punk sells. They wouldn't schedule any further ones for a guy who's not there anymore, but if he was on the list for either of the next two series, they've probably already put some work into concept designs and whatnot. Would be kinda silly of them to throw that money spent out the window when they can keep going and release a figure that will surely sell well.
As far as attires go... I have a feeling we may see one with the plain black kick-pads, since he'd been wearing them a lot recently. Personally, like many of you, the Hitman attire would by my first choice. Wouldn't mind the SummerSlam 2013 gear either. And I've always wanted and elite Punk with the orange and black Halloween or the set from a few years back at Night Of Champions.
