Preface: I know the product in question is produced by Wicked Cool Toys, but they are part of current group of toy manufacturers for WWE along with MATTEL & Bridge Direct's new "Stack-Down" line.
Clearly they have no articulation, & the designs are unrealistic bordering on tacky or poorly drawn, but their steroid infused bodies & apparently helium filled heads are actually part of the charm.
Sidenote: I discovered the figures can perform head-scissors/hurricanranas by inserting the receiving figure's head into the thumb opening of the figure performing the move.
My personal review is simple: I bought THUMBpers depicting Big Show(Because it reminded me of King Kong Bundy dieting for the Mr. Olympia) & The Undertaker(Greatest Thespian in wrestling history... Need I say more)
I spent 30 minutes moving them about my Rumblers ring, performing matches reminiscent of the biproduct of throwing Mucha Lucha, M.U.S.C.L.E, WWE All Stars, & The Rumblers APP game in a blender. To summarize, I enjoyed it immensely. They're so tacky, their fun.
I was actually inspired to revise a "Dice-game" I used to play with my friends using my wrestling figures.
I wrote up a 7 page rule book on a twelve-sided, dice-based game to be used for conducting wrestling matches between figures specifically with a custom Rumblers scale ring(with collapsable mat).
Post your pics, thoughts, & updates in relation to THUMBpers here.

I have no interest in them, but using them as game pieces sounds like a nice idea. It would definitely bring a certain charm to it, and the THUMBpers definitely seem to be better for that than any possible figure.
Though, as a Jew, I want to punch you for bringing up Fran Drescher. She's our Kathy Griffin.

She's our Kathy Griffin. You're equating Fran Drescher to Kathy Griffin? I should be the one punching you! That's a far worse insult than a reference made by a life-long fan of "The Nanny." Tell me if this sounds intriguing. Both players role twelve sided dice with goal of rolling the highest number of the turn. If you win the turn, you perform the move designated to that number & earn that number of points to your score. (1=Punch, 1 point to your overall score) Rolling 12 = Pin attempt. Pin victim has three chances to "Kick out" by rolling an 11 or 12. Five rolls to "Reach the ropes" during Submissions. These ideas are works in progress, so tell me what you think.

"The Nanny" wasn't a bad show, I just hate Fran Drescher. Anyway, it definitely sounds intriguing, though, you'd definitely need some hit points system so pins are easier to kick out of in the beginning. Something along the lines of Wrestler X has a strength of 12 in power moves, and wrestler Y has HP of 100. So, when Y is at 100 HP, he only needs to roll a two to kick out, but each chunk (let's say 10 points) makes him need to roll a higher number. So, if he has 50, he'd have to roll a 7. Also, I would think you'd need something to take in finishers. For instance, you could use two six-sided dice instead of one twelve-sided die. If someone rolls a 12, that's a finisher. But, depending on how far into the match determines it's effectiveness. Say 1 round in, it only does half damage, but if it's 30 rounds in, it'd be double what it normally does. Also, maybe some stipulation where you have to add one to the number you'd need to roll to kick out after being hit with a finisher. I don't know. I'm just spitballing here. I've actually got a ton of ideas for this in my head now. The flood gates have opened.

I almost pulled the trigger on these last night at Family dollar. They are $2 a piece and are currently %50 percent off making them only a $1 each. Might be worth checking out.

I honestly have no clue what the Hell I was typing after the Fran Drescher joke. My new nick name might as well be Qwerty Mcbutterfingers.

I'd probably never buy them but they are kinda neat. To be honest, they must be selling well cause I've not seen them since the Christmas season.

I'm sorry Ryan, but every thread can't be Food Porn, Bodybuilding articles, Directions/coupons for steakhouses, GNCs, & protests to get you in a WWE Championship Match.

I only messed up one word usage, but you took the time to show the kindness to correct me. You deserve a few minutes of that YES! Chant from RAW last night in Omaha.

Yeah I have the Undertaker one and I think he's super cool! Granted I would not buy anyone else because I'm strictly a Taker collector (besides Vinny Mac of course because c'mon he's the boss!)
