It's good to see you on the board again Canaan. The animation itself was alright, but it could use alot of improvement due to rusty etc. At the beginning, the camera angle didn't suit the animation as it made Paul London look very disproportional and his head was removed from the scene. Before the initial jump, it would have been more ideal if you took considerable time to bend London's arms and legs back on the top rope to portray realism throughout the movements and allow the animation to flow more consistently. In mid air, London was very fidgety, choppy and stiff.
Make sure to scroll through your sequence/pictures and check which ones maybe the catalyst for fidgets and unnatural momentum in motion as well. There wasn't much movement in London's arms, legs and back to show maximum efficiency within the frog splash, next time perhaps keep London's knees bent but move them accordingly in essence with London's arms and back. Shawn was rather inactive on the canvas, so be sure to focus on the victim at a certain point in the ani. There wasn't much of a reaction but i'm sure you'll be able to kick it in gear with a little bit more practice.

Good to have you back brother. Pros: London has decent movements, he wasn't that stiff in the pics.
Cons: Camera Angle; It was a little too low. I like the back turnbuckle shot to start with, but it should have changed to a sideways wide for the actual move. HBK was stiff. I understand people dont move througout the animation, but you should have had him turn his head atleast. The reaction could have been improved. String was seen. Lacks enough pics, making it fidgety.
Obvious rust, but you'll get better
