Does anybody know the product, or a way to do fake hair, like the hair on earthquake, or george steel jakks figures?

that is a good question, maybe shred up some cheap black boa which you can probably get at a craft store, use a spray or paint on adhesive that dries clear

What I would do is use some type of clear glue on the chest (small amount, and rub it around so it is a very thin layer). Then get a fabric that is prone to 'shedding' and tap it onto the chest/glue - like if you are using tape as a lint roller.

But most if not all the people who do it are to snobby to share Everyone is very helpful when it comes to fix ups/ customs. If you ever have a question you could throw it in the customs support center. I haven't encountered anyone on here who is "snobby"

if you want it to be an actual fuzzy material, it would feel like felt.. its called flocking.. its rather easy to do ... a thin layer of glue then a thin layer of flocking material.. I used it to make updated gi joe customs of the old 60's fuzz head joes... you can buy it at most good craft stores, joanne fabrics, hobbylobby... found a picture ... as you can see the beard and hair area are fuzzy like classic styled gi joes... very easy way to simulate hair.
