Honestly I am more excited to see marvel legends and funko reaction than WWE at ToyFair, mainly because they usually never show much.

Last year, we were on the cusp of Elite 21. They showed nothing; Elite 21 had protos leak out a little over a month later.
They just don't treat Toyfair like Jakks did since Mattel has SDCC, which Jakks never attended with the WWE brand. Their first two Toyfairs were good, but the first year they had tons of new product since they just got the rights, so I'd hardly count that.

MDT didn't attend last year......so there wasn't anything new shown. and for some reason, even tho the WWE figures seem to be popular........Mattel pretends they don't exist, and choose to focus on DC figures....and the online exclusive He-Man. I don't get it. Their product is becoming like gold. It's getting so hard to find new sets when they first hit retail. People gobble this crap up. Not that I look at DC or even care. But I'm pretty sure the shelves are always stacked and loaded with that crap. It's a rare occasion these days to see a full shelf of WWE product not move within a day or two. Are they embarrassed that wrestling toys are becoming their most popular and hottest selling product? Are they ignoring the sales numbers? Because I don't have to work at Mattel to tell you the sales numbers are through the ing roof for their wwe line.

Mattel doesn't show anything new WWE wise at New York Toyfair. They have said a couple of times the ones they show their new stuff at are San Diego Comic Con and RingsideFest.
They bring some stuff to New York Comic Con, but no elites/flashbacks. Just basics.

Isn´t the whole point of Toyfair to promote your new products to sell them to chains and what not? WWE is already selling great so no need to convince anyone to carry it.

I honestly don't care. My total attention is on Funko for ToyFair this year. Mattel will make it up to us at SDCC, like every year.

Mattel doesn't need to show up since their WWE figures sell.
