UK Pillman did have the design on both knee pads and some did not have them at all. The non-design one I had was loose but did not seem to have any rub to them at all. Never could confirm a MOC one though.
Nice that you found the Simmons Nike sneaker variant.

Pulled out my old hand written checklist. There were 3 Simmons sneaker variants; two you have. The third was completely all white and was only found on the Spanish cardback.

Its Butch Reed with the sneaker variants, very cool I think, love variants of figures |

I used to collect these too.
Remember picking most of the UK exclusives at an old store outlet called Index. The only place I remember ever seeing WCW Galoobs in the UK.
Picked loads up in there for dirt cheap in there bargain bins over the years.
Would love to have that complete set again.
