Im honestly not sure if Im "still around" or not. There was a time, early-mid 90s that I would do anything and everything to watch wrestling. Prime Time, Raw, Superstars, All American, Challenge, WCW shows like Pro, Main Event, Thunder, Power Hour, Sat Night and even GWF & AWF events. However, now for the most part the only wrestling I watch is on Monday Nights. I never watch Superstars, Main Event or Smackdown. I very rarely watch TNA. There is no Indy fed that I find interesting. However Monday Night has been "wrestling night" for me for nearly 25 years (with the exception of 49ers on Monday Night Football). Therefore, I would say its more of an old habit that's just too hard to break. If RAW randomly moved to a Tues or Wed night....I might not ever watch wrestling again. I have the same scenario as you, I started watching early 1990, just after mania 6, I had to watch EVERYTHING, all we had here at that time was Superstars, All American, Wrestling challenge, and Wrestling Calvalcade..then finally they started showing WCW Power Hour...then it was like clockwork for me, every saturday morning, I`d get up at 8:30..get ready....Go into my parents room cuz they had a Tv in there, and watch power hour at 9am...Either my mom or My Grandma would come in the room with breakfast...then at 10 o clock it was time for Superstars!!! I was smiles from one ear to the other the Whole show.. I would record every show, I still have boxes and boxes of wrestling tapes in storage, i dont have enough time in my life to go through them,lol....but ya, I would watch religiously, I only missed one episode because i was helping my dad and I ran out of tape, i was so pissed because it was Ultimate warrior vs Smash, it still makes me mad,lol....so anyways, Just like you said, Its an old Habit too hard to break..between the shows and all the memorabilia over the years........and liek you, I only watch Raw...I pvr smackdown but fast forward through the whole thing, so i dont consider it watching, Nxt and all those other filler shows, I dont bother...its just RAW...My Gf gets so pissed because I always complain about how stupid the show is , but i just keep watching, i say ``WTF was that!!!`` at least 50 times in one episode...so Thats my Wrestling life story, thank you for your time

You don't abondon someone or something you love cuz their going threw a bad patch, I grew up on WWF/WWE, Its been apart of my weekly routine for about 10years. I still have faith that WWE can crawl its way back to greatness & get itself out of this Creative Blackhole and that's why I'm still here.
Impatiently waiting.

I don't watch the shows. Maybe a clip of something every six months of something historic like Bryan on top of the cage or the pipebomb. I haven't even watched a mania since mania 22 with the exception of some individual matches. The only thing that keeps me around is nostalgia and the occasional amazing match that I'll lookup on YouTube when I have free time.

And Since most of us are talking a bout our wwe pet peeves, mine is the fact that the F'N Champions are Always F'N losing their matches...WTF IS THAT!!!!!i havent kept record, but Orton lost 2 weeks in a row didnt he? and he is their CHAMPION? Champions should only get pinned when they LOSE the title...just GRINDS MY GEARS!

Part of it is because I'm just so used to watching Raw every week. I stopped watching Smackdown when I started working on Friday nights, the matches from Smackdown more often than not just take place on Raw the next week anyway, so I don't think I miss much. Since Summerslam, I just watch Raw and shrug my shoulders when it's over. There are a lot of things going on right now that I don't like, but I'm still watching. I look at it this way, most of us would still watch our favorite sports team no matter how bad their doing, so we still watch WWE no matter how much we dislike the current product.

I'm a fan. If something doesn't go the way I want it to, I move on. Complaining does nothing. Also, I've already devoted a lot of my life towards it, so letting it go would be really hard.
ALSO, I'm going to WM30, so I gotta stay around until then.

As a long time fan, it's hard for me to accept the current state of the WWE, especially since I grew up watching Rocky and Austin and all that jazz. I think nostalgia plays a huge role in why I'm still a fan today; I remember being in fifth grade, walking down the hall throwing up wolf heads and telling everyone to suck it. Wrestling and the WWE has always been a huge part of my life so just giving up on it seems like a ridiculous thing to do. I did stop watching for a while though, '09 to '12. I keep hoping for another boom period, a second Attitude Era, if you will.

Hulk Hogan drew me in then he left and I stopped watching then he came back I started watching again. Then he left anywho at one point or another I realized I liked the drama and wwe seems to have the best product. I have to admit the Monday night wars where fun it made the product better. Ahh at least we have Daniel Bryan! I hope rvd comes back. It's cheesy fun, the only athletic competition that now admits to be rigged note I said rigged not fake. There's nothing fake about working more than 7 days a week in your bathing suit and entertain crowds with scripts that are written re written within hours it looks like sometimes and still pulling it off even while being hurt.

I've been watching since 1998, and I have never stopped. Call it a habit, call it a love for wrestling, I'm not entirely sure. There are some periods when I become disenchanted. 2009-Early 2011 were dark times. 2014 has been getting worse and worse, but I still watch. Bryan, Shield, Wyatts, Ziggler are some of the only guys I say actually interest me right now. Punk being gone, while Batista, Cena, Orton, and Triple H are still in the spotlight is aggravating.

I'm the same. I rarely watch Raw anymore and just catch the highlights through Superstars.

I watch mostly out of habit. I've been watching WWE slowly devolve over the last 10 years. Even at it's lowest points during the family entertainment era and the new generation, WWE was never this directionless. There was a time when I couldn't get enough wrestling. Now Wrestlemania is the only PPV that I order each year, I watch approximately 15 minutes of RAW per episode, and I recently turned down a ticket to see a live RAW in march. I keep hoping that something will reignite the spark I once had.

I love wrestling. I love the art. Sometimes it sucks, but almost every Raw and Smackdown has at least one good match. I'm still generally entertained, even if it's not brilliant.

I'd be ok if they had more storylines and not having this guy vs that guy every week..

Anymore, it's probably just hope. Hope that things will turn around. Hope that the WWE might actually listen to their fans for once. Hope that Daniel Bryan will finally be pushed as one of the top guys. Hope that guys like Ambrose, Rollins, Cesaro, and The Wyatts really are the future. Hope that Cena and Orton will retire soon... This. Combined with the amount of hours I've put into watching WWE and the fact that it's been a part of my life since I was like 3 years old.. That said, I tend not to really 'watch' the shows these days. I'll have a laptop on and my attention rarely gets deflected towards the TV screen, maybe for like 20-30 mins of the 3 hour broadcast.

The only real problem I have with the product is lack of stories for so many people and all of the careers they've pretty ruined over the past two years from Ziggler to Ryback, you name it. So I guess my problem is just awful, awful booking.
The roster is still stacked with incredible talents putting on great matches on a weekly basis, however. Every week we still get a surprise great match, like Christian and Sheamus vs The Real Americans on RAW.

The fact that it's not baseball season
But realistically I only watch bits and pieces of raw and that will probably stop unless I know a legend is going to show up
