Seeing how active this place is getting makes me want to return. But I'm not sure if I'd be continuing my super long diary. I just wanted to reach 100 pages before AJ. Tee hee. But seriously, thinking about a 2013 or doing more WWE: The Diary with Ryan and Elliot. If Elliot is alive. If not, just Ryan. Because I love him. Even if I have to kick his ass for the AJ/Paige debate. Fight me. NXT ArRival tonight/very early tomorrow. For sure this time. Very proud of this show. Without a doubt my best outing for NXT to date. |

Speaking of dead, I will be disappearing now for about a week. Have some other things that I need to devote my time to. I did leave you all with NXT ArRival, though. As I said previously, I feel that it's my best effort yet for NXT and I'm very proud of the final result.

Sad times indeed.
On the brighter note, I've updated the HOF. There's speeches for the new members. I know we were going to update it all with highlights and speeches but it's been months with very little progress. If one of the members do want someone else to write an induction they can. Just PM it to me whenever and it'll replace mine. I don't mind mine being replaced.
And congrats guys to all the new HOF'ers, all well deserved.

Thanks for the kind words on my HOF speech, RD. Revitalises the kick, really. I always think hard some days about what kind of impact my influence has on the board - I think very highly of my work. If I'm demotivated by it, it won't stick and I throw it out of the window. I don't work on projects drunk or hungover (which is often, I assure you) or even on days where I know my work isn't up to standards. But the main thing I focus on when I am writing is consistency, and all apart of making readers think between the lines, like the diary is a part of a much larger picture. There was countless hours of dedication and planning that wasn't even written down for WWF 1998 (the new ProBoards  ed that one up) and WWF 1996 that was all a part of a much larger story arc coinciding with the fantasy worlds I created. I also take pride in experimenting, hence the format I am going with for WWE 2013 at the moment. It's strange how I've been a part of this board for six years and my intense interest in this board progressing is still here. I was fifteen and now I'm nineteen. But the weirder part is is that my main passion in life (which is filmmaking) clashes with this because I love writing these "graphic novels" for the board so much. Not just for readers, but for myself. It's a blessing. Anyway that was really senti and crap but deal with it yr boy's getting down to business 2013 updates today. And also, I have an interest in bringing back the old "Writer Interviews" that Ricky (I think) did a while back. Any interest? If so I will be on Skype for a few hours, hit me up at "thelynn15". |

Having no motivation to continue the WWE. Which really sucks, because I had plans for that diary. Also having no computer right now really sucks.
I might bring something back soon, or I might just start a new.

Yeah, I loved that Ricky interview before. It was what initially changed my opinion of him, I hated him before that. Now we're good friends. I'd be happy to help, I don't do social mediaery things but if you want to set something up in a PM here I'm down.
For HOF diaries nominations, let's give it till the end of August(-ish) then I'll make a thread for nominations. There's plenty that deserve to go in. We'll have to think of a way that works though because the writers nominations didn't really, I just ended up accepting everyone.

I like the idea of the writers interviews.
Sometimes I think there's not enough debate on the board when it comes to replies and opinions, im guilty of this too. I feel when someone's replied to a show maybe engage in conversation about what the person has picked up on.
That way people will truly improve as writers, i feel and the reviewer will get more of an idea where the writer is coming from also.
Anyone else feel the same way?

I've always been a fan of analysing work - it's why I'm so constructive with my criticism. I'm a fan of considered ideas that never were and plans that never went to right, etc etc. And what I admire about you as a newcomer is the fact that you took the time to personally inbox me an extensive review of my review - nobody's done that to me to any extent before. It's really cool. And it allows other writers to understand the type of booker/consider what sort of approach you were trying to take. RD, we'll talk business tomorrow. On a side note, SmackDown and the weekend live events were posted tonight. |
