I'm thinking about removing the chest and face paint from my Mattel Legends 6 Ultimate Warrior to make a post match version. What is the best way to remove the paint without damaging the figure?

Goof-Off....although I don't know that you're going to be able to capture the look you're going for with the post-match look......you are probably going to need to repaint the tattered logo to make it look accurate, you're going to end up with sort of a smudgy mess no matter what removal method you go with if you're not taking all of the logo off.

I want the logo and face paint to be completely removed as they were at the end of the match.
