I was there and it was awesome. By the way, if you have seen someone yelling for Brock Lesnar the whole time throughout his match with Undertaker, and cheering for him like crazy when he won, that was me. I was in the high seats.

Got hooked into getting the network due to WMXXX. Overall, I give it a 7/10. Very surprised Taker lost in that fashion; strange ending. Got many non-wrestling fans talking about it, that is for sure. Hope they have some good plans for Brock this year. Cesaro winning the battle royal was great, about time they start using this guy the right way. Cena match wasn't bad, but he needs acting lessons on being "angry/monster". Would have been awesome if he went old school Cena to win the match, but ah, it's the booking again. If & when Punk comes back- he'll need a really good storyline- need rule breaking Punk this time around.

Was really entertained by the whole PPV. I'm not watching WWE or wrestling in general often, but Wrestlemania is a must see imo.
Still shocked over the fact that Taker lost. At the beginning of the match I thought Taker would win again but was really suprised when Taker didn't kicked out after the third F5. Imo Bray should have won against Cena to build him up even more, but this was again a typical Supercena win. Gonna be interesting what is going to happen tonight on Raw with Bryan.

Gotta give props to HHH. He actually delivered in his match with Bryan and for once proved that he can have a good match with no stip. He was also kinda technical. One of the best matches in his career right there.

What an incredible 'Mania, the best in a long time, but mainly because of one thing, and anyone who knows about the show knows what that is. Bryan-wise, the man experienced his WrestleMania over the last several weeks, essentially utilizing young fans and "smart" ones alike to force WWE creative to change the main event (assuming there wasn't a grand master plan to begin with). Him being a part of and going over in the main event was obviously a foregone conclusion once the Trip/Bryan match was announced, so as I said, Bryan's "WrestleMania" happened over the last few weeks. You don't even have to see what happened at 11:00 PM Eastern Time in New Orleans to know he is the man in 2014.
And of course I light-heartedly say...remember what happened the last time a smaller, technical worker went over in a triple threat involving Trip at a WM with a multiple of ten, and ended the night with both belts in the ring and confetti falling. Hahaha, I think it's safe to say though that Bryan is a mentally healthy, hard-working, dedicated, intelligent individual and in some ways will perfect the legacy of small men going over in WrestleMania main events after the terrible tragedy that happened in 2007.
But 'Taker...wow. I always assumed either the streak would never end, or it would end in a WM main event to a young guy who would build a career off of it. Never would I have a thought a match with limited hype (which certainly didn't go on last) versus part-timer Brock Lesnar would be the one to end the streak. 21-1, wow. This I would have expected as much as I would have expected Mark Henry to end the streak in 2006. I remember sitting at a Buffalo Wild Wings table in eighth grade, age 14, in 2005, enjoying a fantastic match and being somewhat open to the idea of young Orton ending it to build a career off of. Anything after that? No way. My guess, as a friend of mine suggested, is that 'Taker takes to television complaining that his spirit is gone and nothing is left, until Sting debuts (perhaps as early as tonight) and challenges him to one final match at WM31. As my pal also said, 'Taker losing to Lesnar means the streak is already dead and so he won't be expected to absolutely go over Sting.
Whatever the case, the future of the WWE product will be an interesting thing to watch.

For me I think Brock was the wrong guy to beat the streak.

Biggest travesty was Cena going over. It is like Summer Slam 2010 all over again.

I don't feel like that match hurt Wyatt at all to be completely honest.

Triple H has been my favorite for almost 20 years, but Bryan's time is now. Don't kid yourself into believing Triple H doesn't know that. Said it before, Bryan wins a hard fought match against Triple H. Triple H blasts Bryan in the ribs with a nasty sledgehammer shot. Bryan enters the triple threat a beaten and battered man. Yet he overcomes the odds to win the WWE championship. Pretty darn close, if I do say so myself!! Kneel before Zod!

Yeah, I actually thought that was the best match of the entire show. As much as I love The Hitman, I thought HHH's work with HBK, Steve Austin, Mick Foley were of 5 star caliber.

For me I think Brock was the wrong guy to beat the streak. Yeah.... The wrong guy... If CM Punk have beaten the streak, It would be 20-1 which is better than 21-1 and CM Punk vs Undertaker last year was a great match and storyline... With Brock Lesnar, it was really lazy.

Triple H doing a tiger suplex was awesome. As was the entire match. Hoping Triple H wrestles a bit more. He clearly still has it, more so then Batista, Taker, Lesnar, and Rock that's for sure. Brocks best match of this run is still the one with Punk. And after a second viewing Taker/Brock wasn't that bad at all. Hoping to see Brock/Bryan once or twice. Please no more part timers for Brock. He needs someone that can help with carrying the match.

So since I was unable to be here for the PPV, here are my thoughts
Easily one of the most emotionally driven manias ever. I put it right up there with 17 as one of the best manias. But let's wait and see if that's just me still coming down from the initial high the PPV gave me.
Let me start by saying the wwe network is amazing and big props to wwe for having a smooth, problem free stream. Not at all what I expected. Especially on xbox. They somehow pulled it off though. Wwe network is here to stay (just as long as they can get that damn sub number up)
RYBAXEL RULESS on the pre show and so does their new gear. Great opener. Cesaro turned face like we all wanted , or so we thought. Usos shouldn't of lost yet. They're legit.
We start the show with one of the best wrestlemania segments of all time. I fully expected hogan to start off the show. But when that glass shattered boy did I jump right out of bed. That was great. Steve Austin really needs one last go. One last big one. Then IF YA SMELL hits and I am just sitting there feeling like a child watching my first mania wmx7 again. I knew right there that it would be a special night. It was.
HHH Bryan went as I expected but with a lot less brutality and outside interference. Glad to see HHH humble himself. Proves the shovel theory is just that. An opinion.
Shield dominated. As they should of. I wish the outlaws at least got to cut a wrestlemania promo but whatever. They got their match. Shield is the one of the most legit things today and just one reason why wrestling is getting hot again.
Andre Battle Royal was so much better than I could've ever expected. How did kofi hit that spot?? We give him crap but he is a miracle worker in these battle royal/royal rumbles. Cesaro being in it was a surprise. But right when I saw he was I had a feeling this could finally be his night. As a HUGE cesaro fan since he debuted in wwe, I can honestly say that was one of the biggest mark out moments I've had in years when he lifted show ala hogan andre (to a MASSIVE pop) and threw him over the ropes. That image will be played and remembered forever. Cesaro has arrived and I couldn't be any happier!
Cena vs Wyatt was a good match. Wyatt is the future no doubt. It really wouldn't hurt Cena to have put him over but what can you do. I'm just happy he was low on the card and not shoved down our throats like almost every other mania the last decade. Brays entrance was badass.
No comments on divas match. Glad AJ won but for what? To waste it the next night? Bullcrap.
Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar: Oh. My. God. Never in my entire life. Never in the 13 years I've been watching WWE have I felt what I felt at the end of this match. Let me start by saying if you rewatch it it really wasn't that bad of a match. Actually pretty damn good for a 49 year old. It just wasn't a MOTY candidate like his past several mania matches. We couldn't expect him to give those kind of performances forever. Rewatch it. It was good. But the end..
The ending was something I swore I would never ever see. When I saw that third F5 being set up all I could think was "damn if he hits this takers gonna kick out again like usual or reverse it into hells gate for the win " as I'm sure everyone else did. Three F5s is major. It's what put Kurt Angle in his prime away in the main event of WM19. But when takers shoulder didn't come up I jumped straight up and sat there literally for 5 minutes. My jaw on the floor. My eyes popping out of my head worse than the now famous "just say yes" white t shirt guy. I never. NEVER felt the emotions I felt watching that finish. It was the most shocking and unexpected thing I have ever witnessed live as a pro wrestling fan. And I've seen a lot of crap. I was stunned for the rest of the show. And the rest of the night. I hate to say it over showed and almost tainted Bryans moment. But it kinda did. At least for me at that moment.
I actually think Lesnar was a fantastic choice to end it. He is the most legit real athlete today. Not many people have thrived at multiple sports like he has. Let alone multiple full on contact sports like MMA and Wrestling. But he did. He was 33-0 in high school wrestling. As a former HS wrestler I can say that's a near impossible feat. I was one of the best in the state of NJ my class and I still was 22-10. Lesnar then dominated College wrestling even more. He WON THE NCAA DIVIVSION 1 TITLE. That alone is an accomplishment reserved for only the best to ever wrestle. Unless you've done it before you truly cannot understand that "amateur " wrestling is the hardest, most grueling, most challenging sport there is. It takes every muscle, every bit of brain power, every bit of stamina your body has. Brock Lesnar has said this himself It is a legal street fight with a couple rules. And he's right. It's a legal 1 vs 1 brawl to see who is better. Straight up. No balls. No hoops. Just action. (Sorry I just really need to get my point across on how legit and underrated "amateur" wrestling really is)
He then comes to the WWE and has the best first year out of anyone to lace their boots. Comes in. Conquers. Wins KOTR 4 months in. Wins the Undisputed title as the youngest to ever do so by beating THE FN ROCK, 6 months in, goes on to have stellar feuds with some of the best ever like taker and angle. And puts on some of the best matches we've seen that still hold up to this day. Leaves. Becomes UFC Champ just as fast. Becomes one of their best ever after only a limited amount of fights. Comes back to wwe and once again conquers. No one else has accolades like that. No one comes close. Taker respects Brock. And taker knows how legit he is. Taker let him beat his streak. Ultimate show of respect.
Main event was damn good. Batista and Orton really stepped it up big time. Bryan winning was inevitable. I was still shocked by the taker finish so I didn't get to really soak it in. But I rewatched the whole PPV the next morning and yeah what a moment. That will be replayed for years and years to come. Bryan has finally arrived. And everyone is just saying YES YES YES YES YESSSS!
Now that I've rambled about as long as Mr T did about his dear momma, in closing I'll say it again. Mania 30 will go down as one of the best ever. And most emotional of all time.

Last year's Mania was the first I ever went to live and it wasn't great. There was nothing there that really felt like a big time Wrestlemania moment. All of those moments happened the night after on Raw.
Fast forward one year and I took the trip to NOLA again and my god was Mania a million times better! Every match brought something to the table and there were MOMENTS! It'll be hard to top this mania next year, but even if they don't I am so satisfied to have been here live.
