I found Deluxe 11 today. I only bought Jeff, but my god they looked terrible. AJ's skin tone was this weird yellowy waxy color and Aries looked awful. I took Jeff out of the package and I can't even bend his arm!

TNA Jakks Line is a big joke Were TNA a largely successful and heavily watched company that was doing great ratings and moving boatloads of merch, like the Fed, the TNA line would have been released with a lot of attention and furvor. Jakks is a company that, like all others, is out to make a profit. The TNA line, while desired by a small niche group, is not a priority for Jakks. The fact that the line is still supported, while being based on a largely un-watched, unpopular wrestling program, is kind of a small miracle. I have collected the line since it's inception, and I have an almost complete run, and I have never once complained at the release schedule, infrequent as it is, because I'm just thankful we get them at all. It's kind of like a special event/limited edition feel. The line isn't a joke, it's a gift. |

Wanna know what's sad? That only 2 guys in this series are still in TNA. That's what sucks about the figures taking SO LONG to actually get in stores. Two or three (at best) series a year? There are so many guys and gals we could get figures of, but we barely get anything at all. This line has suffered several droughts before, and all those cool figures we got protos of never came to be. |

Wonder if they'd ever make a Muta in a future series. Would be the only Jakks figure I'd ever buy since Classic Superstars ended.

I had hoped back when the LOTR figures were 1 per DI set, JAKKS would continue to put new sets out. All I ever cared about were CS and LOTR figures. But After Terry Taylor was released with DI 6 and the next three sets didn't have a LOTR figure, I knew they were done. I thought the LOTR Earl Hebner exclusive was awesome and a big surprise, but sadly I knew it would be the last LOTR figure.
Now it appears the DI line is just about done. JAKKS' 5 year contract is going to be up soon and I don't see TNA/JAKKS signing together again. Shame too a LOTR RI-style Great Muta figure would be AWESOME. The only chance of that would be a RSC Exclusive which I would bet has a .01 probability of happening.

I like how you can see Hernandez's torso sitting on his waist swivel. These are so cheap it's ridiculous.

Could this ever be done with RA molds? A smaller company should come along and buy the molds and try and sign the likenesses for as many names as they can fit in their budget! |

Why are they making hernandez?? I wish I knew. The first Hernandez figure stuck around in stores for years. There was a Kmart in my area that still had more than one last year before they went on clearance. |
