ok fine.. Jim Kelly- 4 Super Bowl losses Fran Tarkenton- 3 Super Bowl losses John Elway- 3 Super Bowl losses Tom Brady- 2 Super Bowl losses By your definition, all of these guys are choke artists. IF you want to look at wins as you said, then you have to include Manning winning his Super Bowl. Doesnt matter who it was against. The "glorified third stringer" still got his team to the Super Bowl and 30 other teams 1st stringers didnt. Manning is a choke artists. Brady is not. He had his team up in the final minute but Bradys defense choked, not Brady himself. The other quarterbacks you listed are also great choke artists, especially Kelly and Tarkenton, no super bowl wins. My point is Manning chokes at the worst of times. Regular season he is the best, playoff time he is average. As I said before, Peyton throws game ending pick in Super Bowl, scores 8 points with the best offense ever. Put Brady in Mannings shoes,Broncos would have put up a lot more points than 8. Not sure how you can argue "Peyton does not choke" 1-2 in super bowls 11-12 in playoffs, most losses he throws picks that cost his team Best offense ever... scores 8 points Numbers Never Lie. 6 playoff starts 5-1 record (.833) 1 Super Bowl victory 12/25 153yds 1td 0ints in Super Bowl Number never lie Trent Dilfer Greatest post season quarterback of ALL TIME!

6 playoff starts 5-1 record (.833) 1 Super Bowl victory 12/25 153yds 1td 0ints in Super Bowl Number never lie Trent Dilfer Greatest post season quarterback of ALL TIME! At least he did his job and not cost his team a title. I do not understand why you can not comprehend that Manning is average in the playoff and makes terrible mistakes that cost his team wins. I never said he wasnt average in the playoffs. Thats probably why you cant comprehend what Im saying. You say he cost his teams wins. How many of those 40+ points that the Broncos gave up did he account for? 6? So where did those other 37 points come from? Was that all Peyton Manning? Was it Manning the strong safety or Manning the inside linebacker that gave those points up? Maybe it was Manning the kicker who gave up that Harvin return. If you take back the pick 6 vs the Saints, do the Colts win that game? Nope they were beat by more then 6 points and who's to say the Colts would have scored on that drive? Who's to say the Colts could have kept the Saints from scoring themselves? Peyton Manning has a ring. To quote you, "He did his job and didnt cost his team a title". He will forever be a Super Bowl champion and Super Bowl champions are not choke artists.

It was a big topic after the Broncos lost the Super Bowl and most people in the media agreed it wasnt Mannings fault and still considered him the greatest of all time. The only people I ever see claim Peyton isnt (one of) the greatest Quarterbacks of all time are 1)Broncos haters, 2)Colts haters, 3)Tennessee Vols haters. Its a biased opinion. Its like me, someone who hates the Packers, saying Brett Favre is a choke artist. That's an ignorant, uneducated statement on my part. While Favre has lost 11 playoff games (including a Super Bowl) He's still one of the greatest QBs of my generation.

WR Golden Tate is visiting my Detroit Lions. Him and Megatron could be a deadly combination. He signed. That's good for Detroit Terrible signing, this years Draft is LOADED with Talent at WR. They could of snagged Mike Evans at 10 or waited in the second round for Matthews, Beckham, Jarvis Landry ETC They need to restructure Stafford's contact & re-sign Suh to get his cap number down. Not to mention Golden Tates a head case (dating back to ND when he jumped into the Michigan State band) Mayhew disappoints yet again...

He is great, but also a choke artist. Should never be considered as THE best, heck, not even top five. Brady, Montana, Young, Elway, Bradshaw, Staubach, Aikman > Manning, Tarkenton, Kelly, Favre, Marino Left side are the greats Right side are the greats that failed/choked/did not live up to what they should have been Edit Put young on the right side as well

If Manning is a choke artist then Elway definitely is.
I get it that you are a Pats bandwagons and that you don't like him. But Manning dragged some Colts teams with terrible defenses to the playoffs. In the playoffs more often than not defense is king. The Seahawks defense was nuts. The year he won a Super Bowl was the year they finally had a solid D. It's no coincidence that Brady hasn't won't Super Bowl since their awesome defenses are gone. In fact, the Pats teams of the last several years compare very closely to those Manning teams.

I never said I hated Manning, he is great, just not greatest of all time. The only difference between Brady and Manning is that, it seems Manning costs his team, where as Bradys defense costs him.

You're comparing Mark Clayton and Super Duper to arguably the greatest RB of all time and a HOF WR......ok

And that is ignorant...not only is he top five but he is in the talk for GOAT, everyone gets that. He should never be goat. Jerry Rice is GOAT. Montana is GOAT QB. Peyton, to me, is the sixth to tenth best QB ever, only behind Montana, Brady, Bradshaw, Elway, Favre. If he gets another title or breaks more records he moves up in my eyes. This is my opinion, I did mot say "I am right" Just my opinion.

As for Irvin, compare there stats, they are similar.
