I understand the whole hero thing. But he's not everyone's hero. The 1 and only thing I do admire about bryan is his connection with fans cuz i have been in sooooo many conflicts on this website cuz i said I don't like him. His fans are loyal It's not so much that he is a hero but that he is a inspiration that it can be done when the odds are against you. Batista making fun of this was so much fun on Smackdown. "He looks just like meeeee! If he can be champion, I can tooooo!" |

I could literally see thousands of people jumping the barricades and storming the ring to carry him out on their shoulders if he beats HHH and wins the title at Wrestlmania through a sea of yes. I could literally see people hugging each other with tears in their eyes that he finally beat those that have kept him down.
What a awesome sight that would be.

Heel Cena is the only way I see the YES movement surviving after Bryan becomes champ. And you know WWE isn't ready for that.

I honestly think his first title reign won't be his most notable. It wasn't for Punk, Orton, Cena or anyone else who wears the "__ time wwe champion" monicker. I see a decent title reign with him playing the fighting champion role. Problem is, I have a hard time imagining Daniel Bryan at the top of a WWE that baby face John Cena is still apart of. I'm not necessarily FOR John Cena turning heel but I'm not against something as groundbreaking as that happening to shift the foundation of the company.

If WWE was smart, They would start building up Cesaro now, Same with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. WWE NEEDS to change NOW. If DB wins and goes right back to feuding with John Cena and loses to him, Then it will be the same ol' that we have seen 100x over.
It looks like a Bryan/Batista feud is on the horizon so there is the first stop.

After Bryan becomes champ he can't go back to feuding with Triple H and Orton and losing the belt to Cena. Nobody wants that. That is what is going to kill the YES movement. Fans need someone they can really hate - that Bryan can struggle against. If you think Bryan's popularity right now is sky high, heel Cena would put Bryan into a whole other category. Like top 3 ever category. |
