Well this was a fun race for 2 stages. Stage 3 comes and everyone gets spread out and its just cars making left turns 1/2 mile from each other.

Mediocre race for the most part towards the end but that’s pocano Pocono has always been a terrible race. Nothing ever changes about that track. Its good for 3700 feet and then its just snooze time until they come out of Turn 3 again.

Id either skip the race or run the race backwards and just destroy cars. Pocono and Martinsville have always been my least favorite tracks although Ive opened up more to Martinsville lately with all the beating & banging.

Lmao I thought I was the only one who did that in the games. Yeah Martinsville has been ok lately.

For years I've hated the summer stretch of Indy being sandwiched with 2 Pocono races within 8 weeks of each other. Just so much spaced out, single-file racing to take in such a short period of time. They finally move Indy to the final reg season race, now next year Brickyard is back in July. At least Pocono will be one of those doubleheaders NASCAR is experimenting with.

IMO yesterday's Xfinity race was great probably in the top 3 for me all season so not all races are bad at Pocono but that last stage today was rough to watch. I think one Pocono race a year would be plenty.

Again if it anybody other than Kyle Busch won you'd be saying it was a good race

Come to think of it, that was the only time Pocono was enjoyable cause you could shoot a car a stretch away and when you finally got to the corner there was a huge pile up to work through.

I never thought I'd like watching IndyCar more than NASCAR but that's been the case all year. Just a better product overall on track.

Ross Chastain will now make an effort to get his Niece Motorsports Truck Series team into the Playoffs after switching his designated series from Xfinity. Despite already having won earlier this season, he will be starting from scratch at Texas and will have to break into the top 20 in NGOTS Points to even lock into the Playoffs with another win.
Also, Greg Biffle returning to drive #51 truck for KBM at Texas.

Truck race was really fun to watch a lot of passing and different guys up front didn't love all the cautions but I stayed interested for the entire race can't say that about many cup races this year. I never was a Biffle fan but I gotta say it was nice seeing him get the win, you can tell how much it meant to him. I keep waiting for Friesen to finally break through and get a win but hopefully soon
