Also reported Harvick didnt blow an engine. A tire rubber fire (whatever the  that is) burned an oil line Probably rubber got stuck or wrapped around the axle, got caught on fire from the brakes, badahbing badahboom. |

Why is Danica in NASCAR?..  A lot of it has to do with money. She's a draw. Its unfair to her though when people single her out. They try to bash her by saying she doesnt belong cause she's a woman yet if she was a guy I can promise nobody would say anything. She finishes 18th on one of the toughest tracks on the schedule and all people talk about is her hitting a car on pit road. If she was a guy and had garbage finishes, it would be a complete non story (Looking at you John Wise, Parker Kligerman, Alex Bowman, and Michael Annett) |

Why is Danica in NASCAR?.. A lot of it has to do with money. She's a draw. Its unfair to her though when people single her out. They try to bash her by saying she doesnt belong cause she's a woman yet if she was a guy I can promise nobody would say anything. She finishes 18th on one of the toughest tracks on the schedule and all people talk about is her hitting a car on pit road. If she was a guy and had garbage finishes, it would be a complete non story (Looking at you John Wise, Parker Kligerman, Alex Bowman, and Michael Annett) If she was a guy and had garbage finishes and constant crashes while in championship equipment she'd quickly be fired. Josh Wise, Parker Kligerman, Alex Bowman, and Michael Annett are in ****ty small teams and ****ty equipment. Stewart Haas is a race winning and championship winning team with championship winning equipment. It has nothing to do with her 'not belonging because she's a woman', it's the fact she sucks even though she's in a great team and great cars. If she sucked and was in a small team with bad cars, like the ones you mentioned, it would be different, but the fact she's in the same cars that Tony and Kurt and Kevin and Ryan drive/drove and struggles to get a top 20 finish is solely due to her lack of skill, not because she's a woman, not because she's in bad equipment, not because she's win a small team, simply because she's not good. |

Johanna Long is someone that everyone wants to see in good equipment - like JR Motorsports - because she has the ability to compete in stock-cars. Kenzie Ruston is another driver that most fans that follow racing outside of the top series want to see suceed. Why? She has the ability. Those examples aren't driving for championship and race winning equipment. Josh Wise is driving for an organization that normally starts and parks because lack of sponsorship. Alex Bowman is driving for an organization that has been known to run TRIAD engines that are down 5-10 horsepower compared to the rest of the field. Michael and Parker are also driving for subpar organizations. Also.. those drivers will never get the showcase on television for finishing 18th-23rd like Danica and that is the issue. Everyone needs to back off the cop out excuse that people don't like her because she's female. I don't care weather Danica is a female or a moose. Her results aren't worth the praise that people give her nor expect for her. She finished 18th which is a subpar result for that organization. --- Speaking of Danica.. Richard Petty is somewhere laughing his ass off. |

My 100% honest opinion of Danica:
Looks: She looks like that girl in biology class you won't take a second look at. Average to below average. Nothing special.
Driving ability: I didn't make excuses for Dario in 2008. Didn't make excuses for Sam or Juan in 2007. You either got it or you don't. Not everyone is gonna be a Kimi Raikkonen and be fast and competitive in everything they race. She is no Kimi. She is no Dario, Sam, Jacques or Juan. Not even close. Never will be. The fair assessment will be given at the end of 2014. She was given more time in Nationwide than Sam and Juan and she has done about the same as Hornish did in his first two years in Cup. If she doesn't do well this year, it won't matter because Godaddy is writing the checks. They are the ultimate say. If they feel they aren't getting their money's worth with her they will drop her. My opinion on her is that she will be mid pack the rest of her career and Godaddy will happy with that.

I think Stewart Haas can not handle a four car team. They have had a lot of mechanical failures, non competitive cars. Maybe Tony was right when he did not want Kurt Busch as the fourth car. Not even one of there cars are in the top 20 for points.

Kurt is more Haas and less Stewart anyways. |

Not even one of there cars are in the top 20 for points. - Nobody expected Danica to be in the Top 20 in points. - Kevin already has one win, just some bad luck the last two races. - Nobody expected Tony to be in the top 20 so soon, he constantly gets off to slow starts to the season, plus his leg still isn't fully healed, plus he just got a top 5. - Nobody expected Kurt to be in the top 20 so soon with a new team. It's expected that Stewie Haas wouldn't set the world on fire at the start of the season, because they rarely do, especially with two new drivers, a new team, a Danica, and a bum legged Tony. Remember last year when everyone said Stewart Haas couldn't handle three cars then Tony won Dover and Ryan won Indy and almost Richmond and both had a chance to make the Chase? Just give them some time to settle and for legs to heal. |
