Stoked for MTJ to get the win at the Clash!
After 2022 and zero wins, completely missing the playoffs for the first time since he was unfairly penalised for Spingate in 2013. It was nice, even in a non points race, to see him take the checkers.

At least SHR had some speed from all their cars,especially Preece and Almirola but seems like its always something dumb that keeps them out of victory lane. Can't imagine Preece running like that to often this year but it was a great debut for him. Tony and Hass has so much work to do to figure out where this team gonna be in two years,dont think I've ever remember a team that's gonna go through or already has so many changes in couple years. They went from having all 4 cars in the final 8 of the chase with Happy,Clint,Kurt and Almirola to Briscoe and a bunch of question marks after Harvick and Aric hangs them up. Not looking forward to it but I'm guessing Riley will step up after this year for Harvick.

This is the most wide open field to win the championship then I've ever remembered, I wouldn't be one bit surprised if we get 20+ winners again this year with so many capable drivers and could see another big driver missing the chase once again. My 16 chase drivers would be
Larson
Elliott
Byron
Bowman
Logano
Blaney
Chastain
Harvick
Briscoe
Reddick
Hamlin
Truex Jr
Bell
Allmendinger
Austin Dillon
Busch
Final 4 would be Larson,Reddick,Elliott and Blaney. Larson becomes a two time champion.

That was definitely a interesting finish,happy for Stenhouse but I was hoping Larson could hang onto it.
Awful day for SHR but at least they showed good speed and for how much I love Custer,seems like they made a good decision replacing him with Preece

Believe Stewarr also made the playoffs. Yep that’s correct. I think Tony missed 8 weeks and KB missed 11 weeks. Hendrick is doing a press conference today. I’m sure we will have a lot more info on Chase and what to expect for this season afterwards. Hopefully it’s not really bad news. |

Man,you can tell NASCAR has changed,I would've never thought a top name would be missing races because a snowboarding accident. Hope he fully recovers and takes his time getting back,hes got his whole career ahead of him. Sorry,if its changed and I'm putting wrong info out but I know all you had to do was finish top 30 in points and win a race(unless we get 16+ winners again)to make the chase,so I don't see a reason to rush back

So if/when Chase gets the waiver from NASCAR, all he has to do is win a race and he’s in the playoffs. |

Man,Larson might have the worst luck in Nascar. I hope SHR looks better at Phoenix then they have the first couple weeks,this is a awful start to the season.
I was saying the other day about Chase will be ok if he misses a big part of the season. Dumb me forgot about the stage/playoff points,this might be a little to much for him to overcome if he misses much time. I see him getting a win and getting in but to go deep you most likely gonna need some points in your playoff bucket

That's some huge penalties
NASCAR gotta put a end to this Hamlin/Chastain stuff,its costing other drivers. Taking points is good but I think its time for some suspensions,especially since Denny seems to not be able to let it go.
