ok so whenever i stick the screwdriver into the knee joint i seperate the boot from the upper leg. than(lets say im changing the boot to kickpads or something) when i try and put it back on, that little peice that holds it together NEVER fits. I have tried cutting it but that doesn't work. What can i do so i can swap out boots, and lower legs? karma for first helpful answer

Best way to remove any joints will be boiling the fig thats what I do.

I had this same problem, and I thought I'd never get it in. Boil the parts to soften them up and you can use something really thin to kind of widen the hole while pushing the pin through, like a shoehorn.
