It won't be perfect, but Bob Orton Jr.'s head would be a good start

Glad to see Tracy Smothers love on the board. I love the man in a strict homosexual way.
The Bob Orton Jr. head could work. An RA1 Orton head modded could work for a yelling Tracy Smothers.
