I don't know how long you boil your figures, but I have never seen one just come off. There is a tutorial on how to switch torsos in the FAQs and it is a little tough to master without ruining the torso so I would suggest practicing on a figure you don't care about first.

Totally suggest working on a TTL crappy figure or something. The torso isn't just gonna come up like Future WWE Wrestler said. Boil the figure to loosen the joints and the glue then put a screwdriver in the armpit of the figure. It's easy to take the head off first then do the armpit thing. You pry the armpit with the screwdriver and you should hear it pop. Do the other side and it should pop. Put the torso on the other body, put the arms in, line the pieces up, put the head on the neck and snap it together. Hopefully with the head in place, the torso won't be loose.

I Wanna Do The Same Thing For MNM. One Has The CW Torso And The Other Has The RA 1 Lesnar. Why Did They Come Like That But The Bashams Came The Exact Same.
