TTL Kurt Angle would work best. FM Angle.

use ad11 kidman altho it needs moding it is a good start

The AD Billy Gunn head could work as well.

I dont own one, so I'm not sure how it looks up close in person, but from what I have seen, I think a Chris Masters head has the potential to work brilliant.

I am going to go with Masters the Raw 4 pack should be the easiest to find and matches the RA bodies well
