well it depends if you want to do it as an RA or DA Hayabusa figure
but for the clothing i know you can use the pants
from the snake eyes sigma six figure and the boots
from triple H and sculpt the ninja shoes
and then just paint it the color you want the
arms you could use any you would have to physically
paint his arm band. and the mask i have seen print outs
on this site but again you can sculpt it or make it from
cloth. i hope this was of some help
