Well sealers are pretty easy. First you want to make sure you are using acrylic paints. You want to use acrylic sealer... And since I use acrylic paints (mostly folkart, apple barrel and anitas) I use Folkart acrylic matte sealer... it comes in a few different options. Matte, Glaze and extra thick glaze if I remember correctly. I use Matte becuase it's not too much of a shine and it's not just a flat dull coat.

do you know where i can buy iT??? Lucky for you, I'm from SI also I'm pretty sure they sell FolkArt sealer at Michael's in the Toys R Us/Best Buy lot on Richmond Ave. next to the mall. I don't remember what part of the store it's in, but they keep it in a locked cage down one of the aisles, so you'll have to ask one of the workers to open it for you. They might sell it at AC Moore too, but I'm not sure. Their prices are a little better than Michael's.
