I thought Ban Dai had the license I believe Bandai has the license for the regular sized stuff or they don't want to produce the larger sized stuff so they let Jakks do it. Kind of like how Wicked Cool Toys is making 31" WWE figures because Mattel isn't going to make them. Jakks Pacific also makes the 31" Power Rangers, Darth Vader, Batman, Superman, etc.

I've seen some of those Godzilla figures at my local TRU. I think it looks awful. Too chunky.

Wow! That thing looks amazing! Would be perfect for some of my future Youtube videos. I could let him tear up the Mushroom Kingdom

What are the 4 slots by his belly button for? Does he have the Godzilla roar?

What are the 4 slots by his belly button for? Does he have the Godzilla roar? It has been speculated that early plans for this particular figure was to include a sound device that would activate Godzilla's signature roar. But for whatever reason those plans were scrapped and now we are only left with a hollow giant sized Godzilla figure which does not bother me much, but they could have lowered the retail price a bit.
