I think we really need to examine the clues a bit more.
1. Purple and Yellow
2. A former tag team champion
3. Not a member of the NWO
The purple and yellow could represent several things. It could stand for the figures colors. It could stand for WM30. Or it could stand for WCW. If it represents WM30, then maybe it means the figure will be a part of this year's WM. I think that's the way I am leaning. Also, the person is a former tag team champion not affiliated with the NWO. So I think we can maybe narrow it down to a few solid guesses:
1. Edge
2. Dude Love
3. Ric Flair
4. Undertaker
5. HHH
I think my one other dark horse guess is an APA Bradshaw. He'll be at WM30 as a commentator, was a former tag champ who held multiple titles and was never in the NWO. And it would be a repaint. (shrugs...)

Ok, with this equation, I've figured it out.
Purple=6 letters
Yellow = 6 letters
The number 66 flipped is 99. 1999, the coming of Y2J.
Hint 5, Coming during Raw on Twitter. Who loves using Twitter? Raw is Jericho!!!
Another hint. Its no one from the nWo. Why was the nWo mentioned? WWE:No Way Out 2002. Y2J, the Undisputed Champion retained against a RSC Exclusive Stone Cold, the first figure that came with two belts.
The answer. Undisputed Y2J Chris Jericho.

Razor Ramon was never a member of the nWO. Scott Hall was. I don't know how particular they are about "characters" . . .
With that said it's a less than 1% chance of being Razor Ramon.
And they said, "a former tag team champion," they didn't say a former WWE or WWF tag champion, so that could further narrow the possibilities if the guy was a tag champion in a different organization, like WCW.

I feel like this needs to be brought up again since a few people have brought up Razor as a possibility: The next hint will definitely narrow things down better for all of you.
