since they said not an NWO member Sting (wolfpackk still counts for NWO) is out and so is Crush, the only 2 off the top of my head who have worn yellow and purple, giving the fact that this firgues outfit will have those 2 colors

I'm going with Jericho...he matches the qualifications quite well! That sounds pretty good, I think "never an nwo member" implies that he could have been, but wasn't, plus I remember there was a shoot video with Jericho where he explained that he had been offered back then, but declined.  |

This may be a long shot but could it possibly be Andre The Giant? The colors represent Wrestlemania which is home to the Andre the Giant battle royal. He was a world tag team champion with Haku. Clearly was never in the NWO and has held multiple titles across a few territories back in the day. This is my vote with the current clues.

Btw SES CM Punk wasn't a flashback That was released before they started doing flash backs, the first Kane and the Flash Rey weren't technically Flashbacks either, also when that Punk figure finally was released we had already gotten a more updated version of Punk. not to mention the Elite 18 Jerry Lawler was also considered a flashback, even though it was based on the wore that attire earlier that year. |
