One Man Gang could be a possibility... His alter ego, Akeem had yellow and Purple. He was Tag Champs with Big Boss Man... He wore yellow and blue. But they do have a cancelled legends figure they could use. One Man Gangs not a big name tho....so unlikely. I got the list narrowed down a little. Clue #2 I have been a tag team champion
Clue #3 I have held multiple championships
Clue #4 I was never in the NWO
Clue #5 I have held a WCW Title
Clue #6 I am not in the WWE Hall of Fame Yet
I think it's Bam Bam Bigelow
1. Wore purple and yellow trim on his tights/flames
2. Was a Tag Champion in New Japan and WCW (Jersey Triad)
3. Held Tag Titles twice and Hardcore Title once in WCW
4. Never in the NWO
5. Held two WCW belts
6. Is not in the Hall of Fame yet.

i didn't list any repeat wrestlers. He's already on the list under World Heavweight champs. You'd have to add the WWE tag champions too, though. My bet's on Jericho yet something still makes me the think 'Yet' part of the 'not in the hall of fame yet' is a clue or hint? But tun it doesn't add up!

Seriously though based on common sense and the clues the list is down to like ten people. Its not going to be a one man gang or juventud or a kanyon. This figure needs to sell hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of figures. It a main event WWE related guy.

Here's an idea...maybe purple and gold don't mean wcw. Could it be a figure with the old ic belt? With the purple strap?
I'm thinking Rock or HHH now. If it's the rock rs is making a killing from me lol.
This covers most of the hints right and rs still gets us an exclusive belt.
