Out of wool and cloth for the robe. The weightbelt, and crown will be more difficult.

You would make his Cape/Cloak with various fabrics, Sculpt his Crown, and Take the Plates off a Jakks Belt and sculpt the new plates for his belt.

for the crown u might be able to mod a CS8 Jerry Lawler crown
