Roman Reigns is now 2-0 in this Survival Trials round-robin tournament after 2 matches he has 4 points with this match being the latest victory with him beating The Miz, I mean Reigns he has to be one of the favorites in this tournament at least going forward whereas Miz on the other hand he is 0-2 or 0-3 now I don't even know but still Miz he has not had the best of starts in this tournament and considering Miz is a former WWE World Heavyweight Champion in his own right Miz he has been behind the eight ball literally this whole tournament so I wonder how he will be able to turn it around? However Reigns he would have to be atop of the leaderboard along with Cena, Rhodes, Ambrose, etc.
Adrian Neville beating Dean Ambrose now this match-up definitely was not only a huge win for Neville in the sense of it doing wonders for him considering Ambrose's impressive start so far in this tournament but also Neville needed to bounce back and he needed to in a big way considering his loss but Neville he is 1-1 whereas Ambrose he's 2-1 but still this match-up could have gone either way

WWE NXT: October 2nd, 2014 – Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida
Things open tonight with a short video package that recaps the events of TakeOver: R-Evolution between Tyson Kidd and Hideo Itami. After Itami won his debut match, Justin Gabriel came out to attack him with Kidd, leading to the debut of Finn Balor, coming to the aid of his friend. Tonight, Kidd and Itami meet in the rematch! Rich Brennan, Alex Riley and Jason Albert are on commentary. EVAN BOURNE AND KALISTO VS. SOLOMON CROWE AND TYLER BREEZE; After the events of last week, Kalisto wants revenge on Solomon Crowe, but his leg is still quite banged up. It prevents him from doing his signature offense and forces him to tag out. Evan Bourne’s exchanges with Tyler Breeze prove to be rather exciting. The heels team up on Kalisto, cutting the ring in half on him. He manages to slip away from their grasp and tag in Bourne, who hits everything moving. He scores on some key moves, like a double knee drop from the top. He hit Solomon Crowe with AirBourne, avenging his loss from TakeOver. Evan Bourne and Kalisto defeat Solomon Crowe and Kalisto in 10:41!When the bell rings, the fans cheer as Evan Bourne stands up. Kalisto limps in to raise his am, while Solomon Crowe holds his ribs on the mat, suffering a big setback. Tyler Breeze stands outside, looking disgusted at what happened in the ring.
Following a quick break, we return to hear the music of Jack Swagger. He steps out onto the stage with Zeb Colter, who has a microphone. Zeb states that after the split of the Real Americans, Jack Swagger began to struggle. “It was unfortunate, but we aren’t ones to shy away from that fact. So we set out to come to NXT, right here in America, and find a new Real American to partner up with Jack. Unlike that Cesaro guy, we wanted an actual American born, red blooded male.” Colter says that they found one in Jason Jordan, who followed a similar path as Swagger considering his amateur background. Colter brings out Jason Jordan, who arrives with a new haircut and the “Don’t Tread on Me” jacket. Colter coins them the “All-American Real Americans” and promises that they will wear tag team gold soon. JASON JORDAN W/ JACK SWAGGER AND ZEB COLTER VS. OLIVER GREY; Zeb Colter claims that this match is here to showcase the newfound aggression in Jason Jordan. Worry comes over his face when Oliver Grey starts hot and sends Jordan outside to regroup. Zeb and Jack Swagger give him a small pep talk, which seems to encourage him. Jordan enters and starts to strut his stuff, showing exactly why he was chosen by Zeb and Jack. Jordan nails a beautiful German suplex for the win. Jason Jordan defeats Oliver Grey in 3:08!Following the win, Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter enter the ring to raise Jason Jordan’s hand. While they bask in the victory, Tye Dillinger comes down to the ring, looking to speak with Jordan. Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter try to intervene but Tye ignores them, trying to only to speak directly to his former partner. You can hear Tye say “this isn’t you” at one point. Jordan stares at him, his facial expression never changing. He nods his head once, causing Swagger to level Tye from behind and put him in the Patriot Lock. He wrenches on it while Tye screams in pain and officials run out to try and pry Swagger off. Something has gotten into these new “All-American Real Americans.”
Backstage, we see William Regal’s office when Sasha Banks enters. Regal greets her, but the “Boss” is not in the mood for pleasantries. “While I appreciate you giving me my rightful rematch against Charlotte tomorrow night on Divas Smackdown, there is one more thing I want. You see, everybody knows that Charlotte got lucky at TakeOver. I can’t allow that to happen again. So I propose that we make tomorrow’s match 2 out of 3 falls.” A voice from behind Sasha says “that’s fine with me.” Sasha, annoyed, turns and sees Charlotte in the doorway. She tells her former BFF that it’ll be her pleasure beating her two more times. “I’m going to prove to everyone that the best BFF and best woman in NXT does things with Flair.” Charlotte walks off as Regal tells Sasha that the idea works with him too. Regal is seen smiling as Sasha leaves too.
NON-TITLE: COREY GRAVES VS. MOJO RAWLEY; Judging by the look on his face, Corey Graves is still pissed off about the Survival Trials vote. Mojo Rawley tries to get the crowd going with some shouting about being hype, but Graves shuts him up with some vicious strikes. Graves looks like a man possessed and he makes Mojo tap out to the Lucky 13. Corey Graves defeats Mojo Rawley in 3:18!Corey Graves snatches the NXT Title from the official and hoists it high in the air. You can see him signaling that it makes him the man in NXT. It’s clear that Corey Graves is holding one hell of a grudge.
Devin Taylor is now standing by with one half of the NXT Tag Team Champions, Kevin Owens. She asks him for his thoughts on his partner competing in the Survival Trials on the main roster. Owens gives a small chuckle, saying that part of him is happy for Sami Zayn. “He’s wanted an opportunity like this his whole life. Another part of me is disappointed though, because I wanted that shot just as much as he did.” Owens turns his attention to Corey Graves, saying that he’s going around badmouthing Sami, which he doesn’t take kindly too. “Soon Corey, our paths will cross.”
An ad is shown to promote WrestleMania, which comes to you live from the brand new Levi’s Stadium on March 29th, 2015! This is followed by a vignette to hype Mason Ryan. Since returning to NXT, Mason Ryan has not only been undefeated, but he’s also been winning in very short fashion, with matches lasting less than a minute. The “Welsh Warrior” has dominated NXT and looks to continue that trend. CARMELLA W/ ENZO AMORE AND COLIN CASSADY VS. LEVA; Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady give a big introduction to their new friend, Carmella. She faces indy standout Leva Bates, just going by the name Leva tonight. Leva starts hot, showing her experience over Carmella. The “Princess of Staten Island” is a fiery woman though, turning things around with some impressive moves. She gets the crow behind her with some fun theatrics after a shoulder thrust. Carmella then applies a very interesting headscissors submission that causes Leva to submit. Carmella defeats Leva in 2:02!The fans come to their feet to cheer for the debut victory by Carmella. Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady, along with the commentary team, seem pretty impressed by her performance. She does a small dance in the ring to the crowd’s liking.
Cutting backstage, Hideo Itami is shown warming up. He is shadow boxing and mixing in some kicks, looking extremely prepared for tonight’s main event.
An advertisement runs to promote Divas Smackdown, airing tomorrow night from Milwaukee, Wisconsin! Paige will put her coveted Women’s Championship on the line against AJ Lee in their rubber match! Plus, Charlotte takes on Sasha Banks for the NXT Women’s Title in a Two out of Three Falls match and Diva legends Victoria and Molly Holly return to the ring to take on the Bella Twins! Devin Taylor is standing by in the back with the NXT Champion, Corey Graves. She asks him for his thoughts on what Kevin Owens said earlier tonight. Graves talks to the camera seriously, claiming that he heard it. “He should know that my issue, is with the NXT Universe and Sami Zayn. But of course, Sami’s big buddy has to stick up for him. If Kevin Owens is looking for a ‘fight’, I’m not hard to find. Understand this though Kevin, I am the NXT Champion for a reason. You step up to me and you still stay down.” HIDEO ITAMI VS. TYSON KIDD W/ NATALYA; According to General Manager William Regal, Justin Gabriel and Finn Balor are not allowed at ringside for this TakeOver rematch. The fans are treated to a match that follows a similar pattern to the first bout. Tyson Kidd attacks the legs of Hideo Itami, looking to soften him up for the Sharpshooter, as well as take away his wide array of kicks. Itami fights back, only he can’t bring himself to do kicks due to the leg work. Instead, he starts firing off some slaps and strikes. He runs off the ropes and hits the Shotgun dropkick, but can’t cover because his leg hurts too much. Kidd uses this time to apply the Sharpshooter once he gets up, but Itami reaches the ropes. Kidd pulls him back to the middle of the ring to try again but Itami pulls him into a small package, getting the win. Hideo Itami defeats Tyson Kidd in 12:45!As Hideo Itami releases the pin, he quickly rolls out of the ring and has his hand raised by the referee. Tyson Kidd stays in the ring and is clearly frustrated, slamming his hands on the mat while Natalya tries to console him. Itami exits up the ramp, picking up another win over Kidd in just his second match.

For NXT I mean it was a great episode no it really was if anything because of Itami beating Kidd but beating him cleanly too I mean this is a big win for Itami considering this rivalry Itami has pretty much gotten the best of Kidd at every turn
But Kevin Owens one half of the NXT Tag Team Champions targeting the NXT Championship targeting Corey Graves I mean it not only makes sense because of Sami Zayn Kevin Owens' best friend and the other half of the NXT Tag Team Champions but since Zayn was named into the Survivor Series tournament Corey Graves has had a grudge against Zayn but at the same time Graves is entitled to his grudge but at the same time Owens targeting Graves makes sense because Owens wants championship gold for himself but I wonder what Zayn will think about that?
Sasha Banks vs Charlotte for the NXT Championship but in a 2 out of 3 Falls Match I mean no doubt that this match will steal the show at Divas Smackdown
And Jason Jordan joining The Real Americans, I consider that a coup considering Colter and Swagger need to reestablish themselves and who better to do that with than to do it with Jason Jordan? Jordan watching his former friend former tag team partner Dillinger get attacked by Swagger yes I think it is safe to say that The All American Real Americans have been formed and if they have then they could be a threat as far as the NXT Tag Team Championship is concerned

Divas Smackdown: October 3rd, 2014 – BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Divas Smackdown opens up with a video package that is similar to the usual Smackdown intro, but instead of WWE Superstars, it features only the Divas of the WWE. It then shifts to a video package, going back to the first two matches between Paige and AJ Lee because tonight, we’ll have our rubber match. Cutting to the arena, we see the excited crowd in Milwaukee. Renee Young is in the commentary booth tonight, as she introduces the event, but is all alone at ringside.
The WWE Universe instantly rises as “Lovefurypassionenergy” hits the speakers and WWE Hall of Famer Lita steps through the curtain. She poses for the crowd as she heads down to the ring, sliding in and grabbing a microphone. She welcomes everyone to the show, saying that it is great to be a part of history tonight. “You know, over the past number of months, I’ve seen Trish Stratus, Molly Holly and Victoria come out here to support women’s wrestling, but I haven’t gotten the chance to do so myself.” Lita says that’s part of why she’s out here. She wants to give back to the Divas and do whatever she can to support them. “Another reason I’m out here is to join the lovely Renee Young on commentary during the show tonight. Lastly, I want to talk about the future of the Divas division. Namely, two women that set a seriously high standard last month. Charlotte and Sasha Banks.” Lita puts them over at length, speaking about their talent, ability and potential, giving both women her stamp of approval. She then sets the stage for the opening contest before joining commentary.
NXT WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP TWO OUT OF THREE FALLS MATCH – CHARLOTTE (C) VS. SASHA BANKS; The former BFFs come face to face, with clear smack talk going on. They begin to trade punches and go into some exchanges of offense. Neither girl gains a clear upper hand and both pick up multiple near falls. Charlotte applies the Figure Four but Sasha turns it over to escape. When both women get up, Sasha ducks a right hand and pulls her into a backslide to win the first fall. Renee Young mentions that in a normal match, Sasha would now be NXT Women’s Champion. Charlotte fights from behind, trying to do everything in her power to win a fall. She evens the score with Natural Selection. Both Sasha and Charlotte seem desperate to win now. Charlotte tries Natural Selection again, but Sasha holds onto the middle rope to block it. Sasha nails the Bank Statement and rolls into the submission, wrenching back on Charlotte. Charlotte uses that momentum to roll onto Sasha, scoring a near fall. They get up at the same time and Charlotte turns Sasha inside out with a huge Spear. She covers but Sasha somehow gets the shoulder up. Charlotte goes up top and tries a moonsault. Sasha rolls out of the way, causing Charlotte to crash and burn. Sasha quickly pounces, locking in the Bank Statement. Charlotte fights hard, but Sasha wrenches way back and Charlotte has to submit. Sasha Banks defeats Charlotte to win the NXT Women’s Championship in 12:12!The referee calls for the bell and the fans give a mixed reaction. Sasha Banks gets to her knees, fighting back tears, as she’s handed the NXT Women’s Title. She snatches it from the official and raises it in the air, clearly talking smack to the WWE Universe. The camera catches a close up where Sasha says “I told all of you”, bragging about the victory. She exits having accomplished her goal while Charlotte is checked on by the referee. She slowly gets up, holding her neck and looking defeated.
An advertisement is shown to promote Total Divas on E! This week, watch as Brie Bella contemplates life after wrestling with Daniel Bryan, while Cameron tries to teach her little brother a lesson. We are then taken to a video package focusing on Paige. It goes all the way back to her childhood and her life growing up in a wrestling family. Words are heard from her father, mother and brother about Paige’s passion for the business. Footage is shown of Paige in FCW and then NXT, where she made history by becoming the first NXT Women’s Champion. “There is a reason the title in NXT isn’t called a Divas Title. The first person to hold it was me and I’m no Diva.” We see her main roster debut the night after WrestleMania XXX where she immediately challenged AJ Lee, though she didn’t get her shot until Extreme Rules. On that night, Paige passed out to the Black Widow. “That was one of the lowest points of my career. I was so close and I just couldn’t get it done. I never gave up though and thankfully, AJ Lee saw that.” AJ wanted to definitively beat the “Anti-Diva” leading to their match in England, where Paige captured the gold. Now clips are shown of Paige’s title reign but her view on AJ Lee has slightly changed. “I still respect the hell out of AJ Lee, but since she’s returned, we certainly haven’t seen eye to eye. She’s against the idea of ‘Divas’ just like me, but understand that this match on Smackdown, which I refuse to call ‘Divas Smackdown’, is going to be a fight.”
CAMERON VS. NAOMI; The former Funkadactyls have had some serious issues over the past few months. Cameron finally turned her back on Naomi but has avoided confrontation until now. When the bell rings, Naomi is sure to get her hands on Cameron, attacking quickly. Cameron goes to a thumb to the eyes to swing the momentum a bit. Naomi does hit the Rear End but Cameron kicks out. Knowing that isn’t enough, Naomi goes up top and nails a split legged moonsault for the 1-2-3. Naomi defeats Cameron in 3:04!Naomi celebrates her win along with the WWE Universe, finally beating her former partner. Renee Young steps into the ring to conduct a post-match interview. “Now that you’ve put this ugliness behind you, what’s next for Naomi?” Naomi smiles and responds, saying that she’s going to focus on the reason she’s in this business to begin with. She wants to be a champion. Before she can continue, Cameron whacks her from behind. She plants Naomi with a snap DDT that she calls Girl Bye. Cameron storms off, but still finds time to fix her hair and look in her pocket mirror.
Returning from break, former Total Divas star Jojo is standing by with Emma. She asks Emma for her thoughts on Divas Smackdown. Emma has an annoyed look on her face, but says that it’s a brilliant idea. “There’s only one thing about Divas Smackdown that bugs me. I’m not on it. I’m not trying to sound conceited or anything like that, because everyone knows I love a good time, but I wish I was able to be a bigger part of this. For weeks, I’ve stepped into the ring with the Bella Twins and AJ Lee because they all like to target me since I’m friends with Paige. I’m here to tell everyone that I hope Paige keeps her belt tonight. But I also want Paige to know that I’m looking for the next title shot. When I get that shot, the Emmalution will officially begin.” Emma goes to do her dance but stops, lowers her hands and walks off.
“You can look but you can’t touch…” is heard as the Bella Twins make their way to the ring. The crowd boos them as they enter the ring and Nikki grabs a microphone. She tells the fans to shut up before saying that it is a travesty that they aren’t main eventing tonight. “How can you have a show called Divas Smackdown and not include the two people who define the word Diva in the main event? We are the stars of Total Divas. We bring more eyes to the Divas division than anyone else. Instead, we have to waste our time with two has-beens who, on their best day, couldn’t hold a candle to us. There is a reason we are the faces of this division during a time where it has reached new heights. Something like Divas Smackdown would not have been possible if Molly Holly and Victoria were the stars.” She is cut off by the music of Victoria. The veteran ladies are looking for a fight. THE BELLA TWINS VS. MOLLY HOLLY AND VICTORIA; Early on, the duo of former Women’s Champions Molly Holly and Victoria just took it to the Bella Twins. It is akin to taking someone to the woodshed. Nikki Bella pulls Molly into their corner and hits a big forearm shot, leading to the Bellas taking control. They isolate Molly until Victoria can get the tag and bust out some powerful offense. She nails Brie with the Widow’s Peak, getting a major pop from the crowd. Nikki blind tagged in just before the move was hit, and hoists up Victoria for the Rack Attack to win. The Bella Twins defeat Molly Holly and Victoria in 4:20!The WWE Universe erupts in a chorus of boos at the sight of their past Divas taking the loss here tonight. The brash Bella Twins get to earn another win and we’re sure to never hear the end of it. They pose together while Molly Holly looks on in disappointment.
Similar to the video we saw earlier tonight featuring Paige, we get one about AJ Lee. Unlike Paige, she didn’t grow up in a wrestling family. She was just a lifelong fan who sat in the nosebleeds at WrestleMania XX and told her father that one day, she’d be in the ring. After some serious downs, like living in her car, AJ finally made it. Clips are shown of her in FCW, where she reigned as Queen. More roadblocks are shown, like her getting eliminated from NXT Season 3 and getting run over by the Big Show. Finally, she realized her dream of becoming Divas Champion when she defeated Kaitlyn at Payback 2013. For nearly a year, AJ reigned as champion, sending back every Diva that stood in her way. Until she faced Paige. AJ admits that she also has respect for Paige. “She is good for the division. But it isn’t quite her time yet. I’m still the woman to beat around here. She and I are going to make history in this company, but while we do that, I’m going to do whatever it takes to get back my baby and become champion again.”
Before the next contest, we are shown footage from last week’s Total Divas. Summer Rae and Natalya continued their rivalry, not only exchanging words, but getting physical again. It spilled over into Raw this past Monday when Summer Rae cost Natalya a match. NATALYA W/ TYSON KIDD VS. SUMMER RAE; For some reason, Tyson Kidd accompanies Natalya to the ring. The referee tells him to get to the back because the show is supposed to be all females but Tyson just continues to listen to the music in his headphones, ignoring the rules. The official gives up and focuses on the match. Summer Rae uses her long legs for an advantage, but Natalya catches a kick and ends up applying the Sharpshooter. Summer taps out. Natalya defeats Summer Rae in 2:04!
Tyson Kidd quickly enters the ring and stands in front of Natalya, throwing his arms in the air in celebration. Natalya is taken aback by this and tries to tell Tyson to stop, but he ignores her. He finally raises her arm for a brief moment, but goes back to taking the credit for the win.
With us now in the month of October, the WWE has once again partnered up with Susan G. Coleman in support of Breast Cancer Awareness. We hear from multiple Superstars and Divas about their experiences with breast cancer.
Before heading to our main event, Renee Young reminds everyone that the Survival Trials are still currently ongoing. A video plays to highlight some of the action that we’ve seen so far, including the classic between John Cena and Sami Zayn, the unfortunate 0-3 start of some Superstars, Cody Rhodes already having six points and the performances from the Shield. A reminder that tomorrow night, live on the WWE Network, three Survival Trial matches will air. The Miz goes one on one with Cody Rhodes, two Authority members collide when Bad News Barrett faces Sheamus and Roman Reigns takes on Sami Zayn for the first time ever.
WWE WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP – PAIGE (C) VS. AJ LEE; There is a buzz in the air as the two women come face to face. They lock up and Paige overpowers AJ twice. This seems to frustrate AJ, who tackles Paige to the ground, flailing away with rights and lefts. Paige retreats outside, trying to catch a breather from AJ’s flurry. AJ gives her no chance, connecting on a suicide dive. Back inside, they go back and forth, with Paige getting more aggressive after seeing that AJ did the same. AJ nails the shining wizard but is only able to score a near fall. She ends up locking in the Black Widow, which brings the crowd to the edge of their seats. Paige fights it off, but starts to fade, dropping to one knee. Paige powers up and moves to the ropes, causing a break. From out of nowhere, Paige hits the Paige Turner but AJ manages to kick out. Paige instantly goes into the PTO, which is nearly impossible to break. AJ is close to the ropes, but her arms are pulled too far back to do anything. Out of sheer desperation, AJ leans forward and bites the middle rope, causing a break. Paige lets go and is stunned at this. Suddenly, the Bella Twins rush out and enter the ring. Paige levels both before AJ gets up and fights them off with Paige. Things spill outside when the referee calls for the bell. Match ends in a no contest in 10:48!The fans boo the decision but end up cheering for the brawl. Paige and AJ send the Bella Twins packing, as they angrily head up the ramp. Paige and AJ look at each other for a few seconds. Then suddenly, they just charge at each other and their fight spills to the outside. Paige whips AJ into the guardrail and runs in, but AJ backdrops her over and into the crowd. AJ takes a breather, only for Paige to hop up on the guardrail and leap onto her. AJ is ready, hitting her in the ribcage. AJ then takes things a bit further, grabbing a steel chair. She looks down at Paige and hoists the chair up, only for security and officials to snatch it away and pull her back. Paige picks up the chair and heads towards here but is also stopped by officials. The sight of both women being held back while trying to rip each other apart is the final image of Smackdown.

Lita WWE Hall of Famer one of the greatest WWE Women's Champions of all time opening up Divas Smackdown I mean it is only fitting I mean she basically represents not only the past of women's wrestling but she was at least one of the cornerstones of the Attitude Era especially with Matt & Jeff Hardy Team Xtreme and Lita was one of those divas who stood out much like how Paige does now, you can see Paige in a sense is a younger version of Lita almost I mean the parallels are there the similarities are there
Lita being the host of Divas Smackdown I mean it is only fitting but also her being on commentary too I mean I know we are in for a treat for tonight here on Divas Smackdown
Sasha Banks winning the NXT Women's Championship becoming the new NXT Women's Champion I mean I have to give credit where credit is due I mean Charlotte has been NXT Women's Champion for a while now but we all knew that it was inevitable that she would lose the title one day and she lost it to Sasha Banks probably the best pure athlete aside from Charlotte and these 2 more or less put on a wrestling clinic I mean I was entertained by this match and if tonight has taught us anything it is that these 2 are not only the future of women's wrestling but that they are going to be the cornerstones for the Divas division it is only a matter of time
But I wonder what's next for Charlotte? Perhaps Charlotte moving up to the main roster? Hopefully she does because at this point Naitch's daughter Ric Flair's daughter has done all she can do in NXT and on the main roster she can actually feud with more divas over there but be a real star but as for Sasha I mean I can only imagine who will be up next for her as far as NXT Women's Championship title defenses go
Video package displaying Paige's career in the sense of her humble beginnings in England growing up in a wrestling family second generation diva out of Britain but also how her humble beginnings turned her into the diva or Anti Diva that she is today rising up from FCW into NXT and eventually here on to the main roster to become the WWE Women's Champion I mean Paige perhaps is in the biggest title defense of her career here on Divas Smackdown in the main event against AJ Lee one of perhaps the greatest WWE Divas Champions of all time, the present and the future colliding I mean something has gotta give
Naomi may have beat Cameron but it appears that this rivalry is far from over especially after what Cameron did post-match laying Naomi out like that I mean it is obvious that this rivalry is going to continue and to be honest I actually kind of do want to see it continue because then we can finally find out just who is truly the better diva out of the Funkadactyls we can truly find out who is the true star out of the 2 of them but the match itself was short but I kind of understand why given time constraints
I wonder if that may be signs of a heel turn from Emma yet? If it is then I say it is about damn time Emma turns heel because as a babyface she hasn't been going anywhere fast and as a heel she just may actually go places especially if she has her eyes set on the WWE Women's Championship
The Bella Twins beating Victoria and Molly Holly the present beating the past I mean like it or not love them or hate them Nikki and Brie are the faces of the Divas division and they more or less proved exactly why by beating Victoria and Molly Holly who are perhaps 2 of the greatest WWE Women's Champions in history I mean both Victoria and Molly Holly were cornerstones of the Ruthless Aggression Era hell even The Attitude Era itself and Nikki & Brie beat them I mean that is a huge rub for Nikki & Brie to take especially if Victoria and Molly Holly are sure to be future WWE Hall of Famers one day but with this win it only begs the question of where Nikki and Brie go from here?
Video package displaying AJ Lee's rise to the top from her humble beginnings all the way to becoming the longest-reigning WWE Divas Champion in history reigning for nearly a year before Paige dethroned her I mean their rivalry pretty much eclipses not only women's wrestling today but it has the potential to be like Lita & Trish's rivalry in the sense of on how grand of a scale especially if you really think about it trading wins back and forth and then on top of that just how long their rivalry has extended but also their matches have been nothing short of spectacular so which is why in tonight's main event hopefully we could be in for a Slammy Award candidate for Match of the Year as far as the WWE Women's Championship is concerned
Natalya beating Summer Rae quite easily I mean Natalya deserves better than this I mean considering Natalya's wrestling family her lineage being a third generation diva the daughter of Jim The Anvil Neidhart the niece of WWE Hall of Famer Bret The Hitman Hart the niece of Owen Hart and The British Bulldog the granddaughter of WWE Hall of Famer Stu Hart I mean she deserves to be showcased on a more grander scale I mean her beating divas like Summer Rae especially like this just proves my point that Natalya should get a push I mean when is the last time she has ever had a WWE Women's or WWE Divas Championship in her possession? The last time she was ever champion was 2010, 4 years that is a long time to go without a title and not to mention she has been playing backseat to other divas so I have to ask when is Natalya finally going to live up to her family name? When is Natalya finally going to show the world just why she deserves to be called a Hart? She is a Hart for Christ sake time to start acting like it which means it is time to start winning titles hopefully this means a future heel turn for Natalya perhaps I mean she has been a babyface for how long and it has gotten her nowhere
Survival Trials matches are back thank God because I need my Survival Trails fix and looking at the 3 matches that will happen I can't wait especially to see 2 Authority members going at it the WWE Intercontinental Champion Sheamus facing off against his Authority brethren Mr. Money in the Bank Bad News Barrett, will it truly be every man for himself? Will Sheamus lay down for Barrett? Or will Barrett lay down for Sheamus? Either way these 2 have no choice but to fight
Roman Reigns vs Sami Zayn First Time Ever in Survival Trials I can't wait or even seeing Cody Rhodes taking on The Miz, will Rhodes go 4-0? Or will Miz finally get on the board in this tournament?
WWE Women's Champion Paige and AJ Lee fighting to a No Contest I mean the main event in a sense was ruined but at the same time I mean we never really got a definitive winner so I guess we will get a definitive winner one way or another especially if the match doesn't happen at WWE Hell in a Cell then it will happen at WrestleMania 31 but either way I see a Fatal 4-Way Match for the WWE Women's Championship with Paige having to defend her title against AJ, Nikki and Brie

Cody Rhodes is 3-0 in Survival Trials after 3 matches and his match here with The Miz I mean he could go to 4-0 but Miz he is 0-3 in this Survival Trials round robin tournament after 3 matches he has 3 losses like The Miz is going to have to get on the board somehow but something has gotta give
Authority members the WWE Intercontinental Champion Sheamus and Mr. Money in the Bank Bad News Barrett, they are in The Authority but both men are in this Survival Trials tournament so something has gotta give considered they are both Authority members and I know both men want to be on top of the leaderboard but Barrett he has a win in this tournament he has 2 points, Barrett is what 1-2 after 3 matches whereas Sheamus is 0-3 so Sheamus he is going to have to get on the board but then again so is Barrett so these 2 have no choice but to fight each other
Roman Reigns is 3-0 after 3 Survival Trails matches but then again Sami Zayn he's what 2-1 after 3 matches his loss coming against Cena whereas Reigns hasn't lost a match yet and is pretty much on top of the leaderboard so something has gotta give

WWE Live Event: October 4th, 2014 – Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode IslandTheme Song: "Survival" by Eminem
This WWE Network exclusive presentation opens with the camera panning around the dimly lit Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island. Booker T and Rich Brennan are handling commentary duties tonight and they send things to the ring to Kickstart the action.
SURVIVAL TRIALS – CODY RHODES (6) VS. THE MIZ (0); The crowd is pretty lively for the arrival of the “Prince of Pro Wrestling”, who has captured the hearts of fans with his red hot start in this tournament. Miz tries three rollups from the start, trying desperately to get his first two points but Cody Rhodes continually kicks out. Cody takes control, hitting some of his signature moves, like a gorgeous moonsault that he only gets a near fall on. Cody sets for Cross Rhodes, but Miz counters into a snapmare. Cody elbows out of the Skull Crushing Finale, sending Miz back. He tries the Disaster Kick but Miz avoids it. He then school boys Cody with a handful of tights to steal a victory. The Miz defeats Cody Rhodes in 4:38!
The Miz quickly slides out of the ring and throws his hands in the air in celebration. He has now moved ahead of Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio and Chris Jericho, who remain winless. Cody Rhodes sits up in the ring, looking absolutely disappointed in himself. He entered tonight’s event tied for first but has now suffered his first loss. Miz continues to enjoy his win as he heads to the back.
SURVIVAL TRIALS – BAD NEWS BARRETT (2) VS. SHEAMUS (0); The two Authority members and friends go up to each other and talk at the bell. It seems like the Intercontinental Champion is trying to get Mr. Money in the Bank to lay down for him. Sheamus puts up two fingers, saying that Barrett already has two points to his none. Barrett declines and nails a right hand. The two exchange some big blows, showing that they won’t be holding anything back despite their alliance. Barrett survives White Noise before hitting the Winds of Change. Barrett only gets two, so he stands up and turns the elbow pad inside out. He swings for the Bull Hammer but Sheamus ducks, runs off the ropes and hits the Brogue Kick. He covers, earning the 1-2-3. Sheamus defeats Bad News Barrett in 10:08!
There is a mixed reaction from the WWE Universe at the sound of the bell. Throughout the match they didn’t seem sure of who to cheer for, with the same being the case at the outcome. Sheamus snatches his Intercontinental Title and holds it high in the air before being handed his blood stained steel chair. He, like the Miz earlier, is finally on the board with two points.
SURVIVAL TRIALS – ROMAN REIGNS (6) VS. SAMI ZAYN (4); A highly anticipated match closes out the special tonight. Much like he did before his match with John Cena, Sami shows respect. Instead of a handshake, it’s more of a quick low five. Once things get going, it is the powerhouse/resilient underdog fight that one would expect. Roman Reigns is dominant at times, but something about Sami Zayn just shows that he never gives up. Sami, despite taking a beating, is able to hoist Reigns up for a Blue Thunder Bomb and one of the closest near falls in the entire tournament. Reigns gets up in the corner and Sami is across the ring. He runs in and connects with the Helluva Kick. The crowd goes nuts as he covers but Reigns gets his foot on the bottom rope. Sami is in disbelief. He goes back to the corner, trying it one more time. Reigns is ready, stepping forward with a huge Superman punch. Sami staggers back to the ropes, bounces off and is nailed with a spear. That is enough to keep him down. Roman Reigns defeats Sami Zayn in 15:14!
Cheers rain down from the Providence faithful who appreciate the performances by both men. A tired Roman Reigns gets to his feet and has his hand raised, earning his fourth straight win. With Cody Rhodes’ loss earlier, Reigns moves into sole possession of first place. Sami Zayn struggles to his feet, but Reigns helps him. He pats him on the back and offers a fist bump. Sami accepts and then raises Roman’s hand.
1. Roman Reigns (8 points) 2. John Cena (6 points) 2. Cody Rhodes (6 points) 3. Adrian Neville (4 points) 3. Dean Ambrose (4 points) 3. Sami Zayn (4 points) 3. Seth Rollins (4 points) 3. Sheamus (2 points) 4. Bad News Barrett (2 points) 4. The Miz (2 points) 5. Alberto Del Rio (0 points) 5. Chris Jericho (0 points)

- Roman Reigns after 4 tournament matches goes to 4-0 in this Survival Trials tournament beating Sami Zayn who is now 2-2 in this tournament I mean Reigns he has got to be the frontrunner in this tournament I mean especially now given the fact that he hasn't lost but also he is on top of the leaderboard alone he hasn't lost a match yet which means he has the most momentum out of any of the 12 men in Survival Trials whereas Zayn he continues to hang in there with the best but comes up short yet again I mean after this this should just prove that Zayn he may just in fact belong here on the main roster rather than in NXT
- Sheamus finally gets on the board here in Survival Trials the WWE Intercontinental Champion beating his fellow Authority member and Mr. Money in the Bank Bad News Barrett I mean these 2 certainly did not hold back on each other I honestly thought that one of them was going to lay down for the other but it didn't happen and instead they fought it out and Sheamus coming out on top he is 1-3 now in this tournament whereas Barrett he is now 1-3 also after this loss or is he 1-4? Either way I mean this match surprisingly I was intrigued given the fact that they are both Authority members
- And Rhodes he is no longer on top of the leaderboard given how he lost this match to The Miz who was 0-3 but now is 1-3 while Cody Rhodes he is now 3-1 I mean Miz needed this win given how he is winless in this tournament but for Rhodes he started hot but even though he lost it is just a temporary setback while for Miz he actually has the chance to capitalize and start building momentum

WWE Live Event: October 5th, 2014 – PPL Center in Allentown, PennsylvaniaTheme Song: "Survival" by Eminem
Like all of these Survival Trial WWE Network specials, this kicks off with a shot of the arena. Tom Phillips and Renee Young bring the action to the fans, introducing the show. They recap the events from last night in Providence where Miz and Sheamus picked up their first wins, while Roman Reigns stayed unbeaten.
SURVIVAL TRIALS – ADRIAN NEVILLE (4) vs. SETH ROLLINS (4); So far, Adrian Neville has beaten Chris Jericho and Dean Ambrose, but lost to Roman Reigns. Seth Rollins lost to Dean Ambrose before beating Miz and Sheamus. Both men have similar backgrounds, being highly touted independent wrestling prospects known for their aerial ability. That is exactly the skill that both men showcase during this bout. The back and forth is so quick that it’s hard to keep up. Seth scores with a springboard flying knee, only for Neville to answer with a springboard 450 splash for two. Seth attempts the Curb Stomp but Neville avoids it and sweeps his leg out. He climbs to the top though Seth is up and superplexes him down. Seth gets up first, hitting a superkick when Neville gets to his knees. Looking to finish this in the sky, Seth goes up top and nails a gorgeous Phoenix splash for two points. Seth Rollins defeats Adrian Neville in 12:02!
A wounded Seth Rollins gets to his feet and celebrates, now moving into a tie with Cody Rhodes and John Cena for six points and second place. Adrian Neville holds his ribs as he gets up and Seth exits through the crowd. Dean Ambrose comes out, ready for his upcoming match as he tries to tie Seth.
SURVIVAL TRIALS – CHRIS JERICHO (0) VS. DEAN AMBROSE (4); Chris Jericho is winless after losses to Cody Rhodes, Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn, while Dean Ambrose has bested Seth Rollins and Alberto Del Rio before losing to Neville. The other winless guys entering this weekend, Sheamus and Miz, both got on the board, and Jericho looks to join them. Ambrose comes out firing, hitting Jericho with some big offense early on. He comes close to a surprisingly quick win with a double arm DDT that Jericho barely gets a shoulder up on. A beautifully placed enziguri swings the momentum for Jericho though. Jericho uses that to trigger a great run that ends with him hitting the Codebreaker to earn his first win. Chris Jericho defeats Dean Ambrose in 6:40!
Chris Jericho basks in his victory, knowing that he’s finally on the scoreboard. He has his hand raised by the official and leaves. Dean Ambrose is clearly frustrated in the ring, having lost back to back matches after starting the tournament 2-0. He needs to right the ship soon if he wants to stay alive.
SURVIVAL TRIALS – ALBERTO DEL RIO (0) VS. JOHN CENA (6); These guys have had opposite tournaments. Alberto Del Rio has lost all three matches, against Bad News Barrett, Cody Rhodes and Dean Ambrose. John Cena has started 3-0, beating Miz, Sami Zayn and Sheamus. There is a history between these men, but Cena offers a handshake. Del Rio kind of just slaps it, clearly frustrated at his recent slump. Tom Phillips reminds us that Del Rio has a huge Untied States Title defense ahead of him in 24 hours on Raw against the Big Show. Del Rio seems to be looking past tonight a bit as Cena gets off to a really good start. Del Rio focuses up and gets two on a big superkick. He goes for the Cross Armbreaker, but Cena blocks it by holding onto the top rope. Del Rio tries another kick but Cena dodges it, hoists him up and plants him with the Attitude Adjustment before the official counts to three. John Cena defeats Alberto Del Rio in 13:11!
Alberto Del Rio remains the only winless Superstar in the Survival Trials, while John Cena scores his fourth straight win. Not only does this put Cena atop the standings, but he’s now tied with Roman Reigns. For those that may have missed the schedule, tomorrow night on Raw, Cena and Reigns meet for the very first time. Alberto Del Rio continues to struggle, being unable to apply the seemingly unbreakable Cross Armbreaker. The bigger though, is indeed the showdown tomorrow between Reigns and Cena.
1. Roman Reigns (8 points) 1. John Cena (8 points) 2. Cody Rhodes (6 points) 2. Seth Rollins (6 points) 3. Adrian Neville (4 points) 3. Dean Ambrose (4 points) 3. Sami Zayn (4 points) 4. Sheamus (2 points) 4. Bad News Barrett (2 points) 4. The Miz (2 points) 4. Chris Jericho (2 points) 6. Alberto Del Rio (0 points)

21 MORE DAYS, 3 MORE WEEKS UNTIL HELL IN A CELL
3 weeks from tonight in this diary is the Hell in a Cell PPV
But back on to Survival Trials, Seth Rollins of The Shield beats Neville here in this match I mean I was entertained at least for the most part and why? Because both men are not only chain wrestlers but they are known for their high-flying abilities especially Neville but more so Rollins because he can fly with the best of them and to see this contrast of styles here in this match it was more or less pretty even pretty back and forth the whole way throughout but to see Rollins come out on top I mean what is his record in Survival Trails now? Neville he hasn't exactly had an easy go I mean he has had back to back losses now in this tournament I mean if you have back to back losses you lose even more momentum and it is pretty hard to come back
Chris Jericho back in this tournament or he is close enough to being back I mean this is his second match win in a row but him beating Ambrose I mean this is a huge win not only for Jericho but also a huge win for Jericho in the sense of momentum since Ambrose he has had the most momentum of anyone in this tournament and he loses to Jericho in a pretty even pretty back and forth match I mean I would have expected Ambrose to come out here with the victory but Jericho he is more or less on a roll now I mean it only begs the question of who Jericho's next opponent is or just who Ambrose's opponent is
Cena is on an even bigger roll I mean he beats the WWE United States Champion Alberto Del Rio to go to 4-0 in this tournament I mean Cena he is on top of the leaderboard but then again so is Roman Reigns as they are both tied for 1st place in this tournament with 8 points since they are both 4-0 but Del Rio I mean he has lost how many matches in a row now in Survival Trials? I mean Del Rio certainly has to be frustrated I mean how many losses has he had in a row to start this tournament? Not to mention he is in dead last in the standings I mean if this doesn't cause Del Rio to snap and turn heel then I don't know what will to be perfectly honest because he is in dead last keeps losing matches to opponents who quite frankly he should beat

First time ever! The Survival Trials has been one of the most exciting tournaments in WWE history. After two weeks and four matches, only men stand undefeated. 14 time World Champion John Cena and the "juggernaut" of the Shield, Roman Reigns. These two have never met one on one in history, but that all changes tonight. Many people have claimed that Reigns is the next big star in the WWE, but can he overcome the current "face that runs the place?" The winner of this match will be the first man to ten points and reach a commanding 5-0 start. Also on tap is a battle between Bad News Barrett and Adrian Neville, as well as Seth Rollins taking on Sami Zayn for the very first time! Tune into Raw tonight at 8E/7C to catch all of this action!

Cena vs Reigns is a dream match well at least it is for me and then you have Mr Money in the Bank Bad News Barrett taking on Neville but then you have Seth Rollins taking on Sami Zayn which is another dream match for me
But as far as Survival Trials just for future purposes not just for readers but for everyone yes you show the standings showcasing how many points the superstars have but you might also want to show the superstars' win-loss record in this tournament too just so everyone can know how many wins and how many losses the superstars have after their tournament matches so that way people would have more of an easier go of understanding the standings

Monday Night Raw: October 6th, 2014 – Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York
Before any opening video package can play, we are taken to a recap of last week’s main event between Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton. Bryan won to earn a WWE Tag Team Title shot and the returning CM Punk appeared to help save him from the Authority. Also, clips are shown of the dual 4-0 starts by Roman Reigns and John Cena in the Survival Trials because they meet for the first time ever tonight. Also, Seth Rollins will face the newest sensation in the WWE, Sami Zayn!
“Cult of Personality” plays over the speakers as CM Punk and Daniel Bryan walk out to the stage to a huge roar from the WWE Universe. The “Best and the Beard” look like they’re walking with a purpose as Michael Cole reminds us that they have an upcoming WWE Tag Team Championship shot. When they enter the ring, Punk gets on the microphone and addresses the Authority. “Many of you probably thought that after beating Triple H at SummerSlam, I was done with the Authority. I thought that too, but then Stephanie McMahon didn’t learn her lesson.” Punk mentions that while he’s still not sold on Triple H’s change of attitude, Stephanie has been the thorn in the side of guys like himself and Daniel Bryan. “Last week, when Bryan had the idea to go after the Tag Team Titles, he gave me a call. With Raw being in Chicago, I was close by and decided to have his back. So when Bryan beat Randy Orton for, what, the hundredth time? It gave us a title shot. Now, we’ve spent the better part of the week trying to decide when was the best time to take down Randy Orton and Batista.” Daniel Bryan chimes in now, saying that at first, they were thinking of doing this tonight. The crowd cheers at that. “Unfortunately, when I got to the arena, I found out that I would be facing Sheamus instead. Now, I don’t have any issue with that, but we had to put our heads together once again.” Before Bryan can say anything else, the music of Randy Orton plays as the WWE Tag Team Champions step out onto the stage, with the rest of the Authority flanking them. Orton speaks first, saying that the words of Punk and Bryan are irrelevant. “You need to understand that facing us is a bad idea. You think you won something last week, but all you’ve guaranteed is a potential career ending situation.” Batista reminds Punk and Bryan of what happened to the Usos, Rob Van Dam and Kofi Kingston and the tandem of John Cena and Roman Reigns. Punk straight up tells Batista to shut up, which angers the “Animal.” Punk says that they are taking their title shot at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View. Batista says that’s fine with them. Bryan stops them before they leave and says he wants to up the ante. “Last year, Randy Orton got lucky and beat me in the Hell in a Cell because of Shawn Michaels. This year, let’s make history. Punk and I against the two of you inside the Hell in a Cell!” The crowd goes nuts as Jerry Lawler puts it over as the first ever tag team Hell in a Cell match. Orton and Batista talk it over, then Orton says something to Sheamus, who nods. Orton accepts the match and promises to finish what he started at last year’s Hell in a Cell. Punk and Bryan fist bump, knowing they got what they wanted.
SURVIVAL TRIALS – SAMI ZAYN (4) VS. SETH ROLLINS (6); Much like most of Sami Zayn’s Survival Trial matches so far, this one has a buzz about it. Possibly due to their past in Ring of Honor, the two men shake hands before the bell. They follow up with a high octane, fast paced match that wows the WWE Universe. They seem to be getting behind Sami more and more. He avoids a springboard knee from Rollins, bounces off the ropes and hits a big dropkick, followed by a gorgeous dive to the outside. He’s fired up as he rolls Seth inside. Seth struggles to get up but manages to dodge the Helluva Kick. Seth hits a bridging German for two and tries a superkick. Sami catches the foot and shoves him back into the corner. He charges in, nailing the Helluva Kick and picking up the win. Sami Zayn defeats Seth Rollins in 10:25!
The WWE Universe comes to their feet as Sami Zayn picks up another huge win on Raw. In the past three weeks he has beaten Sheamus, taken John Cena to the limit and now bested Seth Rollins. Sami celebrates another two points, putting him in a tie for second place behind Roman Reigns and John Cena, along with Rollins. Rollins doesn’t look happy, heading out through the crowd without looking back at Sami, clearly frustrated.
Renee Young is standing by backstage with the United States Champion, Alberto Del Rio. She asks him about his recent struggles, being the only man without a win in the Survival Trials. Del Rio admits that it has been a very rough patch but he’s not out of it yet. Renee then asks about his literally huge title defense against Big Show tonight. Del Rio responds by saying that something like tonight is what he needs to get back on track. “I know that this title is on the line. Not only that, but it was Big Show that I beat to become World Heavyweight Champion last year. I told everyone that if I slap on the Cross Armbreaker, my opponent will tap out. I will lock it on the Big Show tonight and keep my title. I will lock it on my upcoming opponents in the Survival Trials. If it comes down to it, I will lock it on Brock Lesnar and win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.” THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS VS. RYBAXEL; While the Prime Time Players have had a pretty successful string of wins since reuniting, Rybaxel has been on the opposite trend. Tensions continue to run high with Curtis Axel refusing to tag out to Ryback throughout the match. This clearly pisses off the “Big Guy” and ends up being their downfall. Axel falls victim to the Clash of the Titus and Ryback just watches as he gets pinned. The Prime Time Players defeat Rybaxel in 2:50!The fans cheer the win by the Prime Time Players, who do their trademark “Millions of Dollars” dance before exiting the ring. Ryback steps inside, looking down at Curtis Axel. He does help Axel up, but just gets shoved away. Ryback seems upset, but tries again only to get shoved. The fans boo as Axel storms off and Ryback is left fuming.
The music of AJ Lee hits as the former WWE Divas Champion skips down to the ring. While she does, we are taken to a recap from the historic Divas Smackdown episode this past Friday night. AJ got a Women’s Title shot at Paige, only to have the match interrupted by the Bella Twins. Paige and AJ then came to blows and had to be separated by officials to close out the show. When the footage ends, she’s in the ring with a microphone. AJ is glad that video was shown because it’s the reason that she’s out here. “For 337 days, I was the single best woman in this company. I called myself the best Diva in the world and it was a fact that I proved night in and night out. I already admitted that things changed when Paige showed up but on Divas Smackdown, I know that I was going to win back my title until those damn Bella bitches came out and stuck their prissy little noses where it didn’t belong.” She continues by saying that nothing got resolved on Smackdown and that she’s still tied with Paige. This brings out the current WWE Women’s Champion, Paige, to a chorus of cheers. She has a microphone already, talking as she walks down to the ring. She says that she was going to come out here and say the same thing. “The Bella Twins don’t seem to grasp that this division isn’t about them. Tonight, they apparently off at some film premiere or some nonsense, but I say you and I put our differences aside for one night. This Friday on Smackdown, we take on the Bella Twins. What do you say?” The crowd pops as the women are face to face now. AJ accepts the offer but isn’t done. “You’re not stupid Paige, you have to know that I’m out here for more than revenge on the Bellas. I want that belt. I want to settle the score and prove once and for all, who the best really is. Let’s do this one final time, at Hell in a Cell.” More cheers from the audience as Paige seems to approve. She agrees but stops AJ before she leaves. “Wait a minute. Even if we teach the Bella Twins a little lesson on Smackdown, they never learn. They’ll try to get involved again. To keep them out, I have an idea. At Hell in a Cell, why don’t we take care of business IN the Hell in a Cell.” Michael Cole nearly has a heart attack, shouting that this is history in the making. AJ gives a wicked smile, nods and skips off. This past Friday they tried to tear each other apart, tonight they have mutual respect, this Friday they team up and at Hell in a Cell they become the first women to enter Satan’s Structure! “Oh my god” says Cole.
Returning, Renee Young is again backstage, but this time with the WWE Intercontinental Champion Sheamus. She asks him about facing Daniel Bryan tonight and the Survival Trials. Sheamus gives a small laugh and says that a guy like Daniel Bryan isn’t someone that he worries about. “Daniel Bryan is a lot like Dolph Ziggler. A small, scrawny little fella that doesn’t hold a candle to someone like me. I mean, you all remember what happened to Dolph Ziggler when he went up against me.” Sheamus holds up the blood stained steel chair and winks at says that he may add Bryan’s blood tonight. WWE UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP – ALBERTO DEL RIO (C) VS. BIG SHOW; Both guys are faces, but the fans seem more behind Alberto Del Rio. Big Show notices this as he delivers some loud chops and clubs, seemingly getting angrier as things go on. He lets it get to him a bit too much, opening the door for Del Rio to start getting in some kicks to the arm. Every attack is focused on that body part. Del Rio calls for the Cross Armbreaker, which he hasn’t been able to slap on in the Survival Trials. He gets it on here and wrenches deep, as Show taps out to end things. Alberto Del Rio defeats Big Show to retain the WWE United States Championship in 4:18!Brooklyn is full of excited fans who pop for the win by Alberto Del Rio. He is finally able to pick up a win since the start of the Survival Trials and remain the WWE United States Champion. The key now is to see if he can move that success over to the Survival Trials tournament. Del Rio asks for a microphone and instantly says that he’s back in business. “My focus is on the Survival Trials, but don’t think I forgot about you, Alexander Rusev. You want this title? You come and get it whenever you want perro, because I just showed the world that once I apply the Cross Armbreaker, everybody taps. Even if you’re undefeated.” Adrian Neville is shown warming up in the back for his match against Bad News Barrett. The Miz comes up to him, riding high after his first Survival Trial victory this past weekend, flanked by Summer Rae. Miz brags about that win, which came against the previously unbeaten Cody Rhodes. He reminds Neville that they are scheduled to meet at Hell in a Cell. “I just wanted to let you know that after I beat you, there are no hard feelings. In fact, I actually want to help you out. You have a lot of potential, but you got no personality.” Neville gives an annoyed look, trying to ignore Miz. Miz powers through, saying that he helped Daniel Bryan again personality when he showed up in the WWE and now he’s one of the brightest stars. Miz says that he can make Neville a massive Superstar that can get girls like Summer Rae. They leave, and Neville seems to be pondering it as he checks out Summer walking away.
We are taken to a short video package discussing the WWE’s partnership with Susan G. Coleman in their quest to raise money for breast cancer awareness month. NON-TITLE MATCH: DANIEL BRYAN VS. SHEAMUS; Both men are out alone, which is surprising in the case of Sheamus. He means business tonight, charging at Daniel Bryan from the bell and just wailing on him with huge shots. He nails the Beats of Bodhran and poses for the fans, who used to love that move, but now boo it mercilessly. Bryan starts getting in a bit of a rally, but makes a mistake when his suicide dive is avoided and he crashes near the announce table. Sheamus picks up his blood stained steel chair to the dismay of many. The referee tries to stop him but he holds it high in the air, looking to strike. Suddenly, Dolph Ziggler’s music plays as he charges out to a huge pop. Sheamus is surprised but swings the chair. Dolph ducks and tackles him to the ground, resulting in the disqualification. Sheamus defeats Daniel Bryan via disqualification in 5:12!As the crowd goes wild, Dolph Ziggler fires away with a flurry of right hands on the Intercontinental Champion. Dolph gets up and grabs the blood stained steel chair, holding it high in the air, bringing the fans even more to their feet. Randy Orton and Batista make their way down to the action, with Batista leveling Ziggler and preventing him from using the chair. This of course brings out CM Punk to even the odds. All five men brawl on the outside, while Daniel Bryan rolls in the ring. He sees this happening, runs off the ropes and takes out everyone with a suicide dive. The Authority retreats as Punk, Bryan and Ziggler get in the ring. The crowd is red hot as their heroes dare the Authority to get back in and fight them.
An ad airs to promote the upcoming Edge and Christian WWE Network special. This Friday is the 15th Anniversary of Smackdown and right after the show ends, Edge and Christian will celebrate the history of the show only on the WWE Network. In the back, the Shield is shown as Roman Reigns is preparing for his huge match tonight by doing some chin ups. He stops and tells Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins that he’s kind of glad they aren’t allowed at ringside. “Not because of anything personal, but because this is the biggest match of my life to this point and I want to prove to everyone that I can beat John Cena.” Ambrose pats him on the back and Seth says that he hopes Roman wins tonight. “Not only because you’re my brother, but because I’d like you to be undefeated when we meet at Hell in a Cell.” Roman gets in Seth’s face but no more words are exchanged as Ambrose steps in between them and keeps things cool. SURVIVAL TRIALS – ADRIAN NEVILLE (4) VS. BAD NEWS BARRETT (2); Both guys are coming off of losses this past weekend in the Survival Trials. Adrian Neville lost to Seth Rollins, while Bad News Barrett dropped a fall to his Authority partner Sheamus. Surprisingly, it is Neville that holds serves early and often here. He manages to avoid most of Mr. Money in the Bank’s big shots and connect on his high flying stuff. He is unable to keep Barrett down however. His high flying style costs him though, as he springboards right into the Bull Hammer, earning Barrett two points. Bad News Barrett defeats Adrian Neville in 6:38!Bad News Barrett gets up, knowing that he now has four points, and raises his arms in victory. He snatches his Money in the Bank briefcase from ringside and holds it high while leaving.
The inspirational music of Bo Dallas plays as he makes his way out to the ring. He gets in to a chorus of boos before speaking. He talks about the WWE United States Title match from earlier tonight. He says that he has told Big Show for months that he should be at his side. “Silly Big Show. If you would have just Bolieved, you would be the current United States Champion. Instead, you must now walk around the locker room with your held hanging in shame. One of the things that truly embodies a Boliever is the fact that we never give up. Tonight though, you gave up. The World’s Largest Athlete submitted to a man of much smaller stature. That’s gotta be embarrassing. So what I’m out here to do, is give you one more shot to join me.” Bo has a big smile, which starts to fade as the seconds tick away and Big Show doesn’t come out. Then, to the surprise of everyone, we hear “IF YA SMELLLL!” The Rock steps out onto the Raw stage to a thunderous ovation from the WWE Universe. Michael Cole and the rest of the commentary team is in complete disbelief. The Rock soaks in the warm reception and basks in it for an extended period of time before heading to the ring. The fans chant “Rocky” as he stands in front of a star struck Bo Dallas and begins to speak. “FINALLLLLY THE ROCK…HAS COME BACK…TO BROOKLYN!” The Rock talks about the history of his appearances in New York for the WWE. “The Rock has faced Triple H here. The Rock has faced John Cena here. The Rock has even faced Stone Cold Steve Austin here. But this is a first. This is the first time that the Rock shares a WWE ring with a Superstar that hasn’t gone through puberty.” The crowd laughs at this and Bo even gets a chuckle. Rocky continues to run down Bo, saying he’s never even had pie, to which Bo responds that he has, but Rock says he only thinks so and must have it confused with strudel. Bo interrupts him, earning himself a loud “KNOW YOUR ROLE AND SHUT YOUR MOUTH!” Bo gets pissed now, demanding to know why the Rock is interrupting such a monumental moment. Rock laughs, saying that the only huge thing about a partnership between Bo and Big Show is Big Show’s ass. “The Rock is not out here to mess with your plans, he’s just out here to give the millions….and millions of the Rock’s fans a chance to see him. The Rock likes to give back to the WWE Universe and if the Rock is in town, then the Rock will be at Raw.” Bo gives a sly smirk and seems to have an idea. He asks the Rock what he was doing in town. The Rock goes to respond, but Bo jumps in with “IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT YOU WERE DOING IN TOWN”. The fans laugh and the Rock himself seems to appreciate the rib. The Rock goes to respond but stops mid-sentence and plants Bo with a Rock Bottom! He adds the People’s Elbow for good measure before stepping outside and celebrating with the fans, who are more than appreciative of seeing the “most electrifying move in sports entertainment.”
Before going to commercial, a Tale of the Tape is shown for the main event, sizing up the battle between John Cena and Roman Reigns. Physically, they are pretty evenly matched but the list of accomplishments absolutely favors the fourteen time World Champion, John Cena.
ALICIA FOX AND SUMMER RAE VS. EMMA AND NATALYA; On Divas Smackdown this past Friday, Natalya bested Summer Rae, while Emma spoke backstage and said that she’s tired of being overlooked. It shows here tonight as she doesn’t even really tag in Natalya. She does well against Summer Rae, but eats a big kick. Summer tags in Alicia, but she struggles with Emma. Emma hits a series of offensive moves, capping it with the Emma-Lock and making Alicia tap. Emma and Natalya defeat Alicia Fox and Summer Rae in 2:48!Natalya enters the ring with a disgruntled look on her face despite the win. Emma has her hand raised but Natalya is clearly put off by not being tagged in at any point. Emma does give her a hug, smoothing things over a bit, but there seems to be more going on here.
Backstage, John Cena is in his locker room warming up. Suddenly, Cody Rhodes enters the picture to a pop. Cena stands up and comes face to face with him. Cody says that he’s not here for any problems tonight. “I just wanted to wish you luck out there tonight. Miz stole one from me this weekend and if it wasn’t for that, I’d be tied with you and Roman Reigns. I want you to win tonight. Just like Seth Rollins told Roman Reigns earlier, I want you unbeaten when we meet at Hell in a Cell.” Cody says that since splitting from his brother, he plans on making 2015 his year and it starts in 2014 by winning the Survival Trials. Cena seems impressed before responding and telling Cody that he sees a lot of potential in him. “You have future World Champion written all over you. But like my theme song says, my time is now. If you think you’re just going to walk into Hell in a Cell and beat me when there’s a shot at Brock Lesnar and the WWE Title on the line, then you’ve got another thing coming. This is the big leagues now boy.” Cody backs out of the room, again wishing Cena good luck.
Commentary reminds everyone that today is the birthday of WWE Hall of Famer Bruno Sammartino. The man who sold out Madison Square Garden, the home of SummerSlam next year, turned 79 today. CODY RHODES VS. TYSON KIDD; This works as a bit of a warmup for Cody Rhodes, who is off from Survival Trials action tonight. Tyson Kidd is no slouch though, with an accomplished past as well as a recent string of success in NXT. He continues to show off a very arrogant side, while Cody gets the crowd very much behind him. Kidd gets in a fair amount of offense, but Cody finds a way to overcome it. He scores with the Disaster Kick and gets the three count. Cody Rhodes defeats Tyson Kidd in 4:00!The bell rings and the fans give a loud ovation. Cody Rhodes pumps his fist in victory. He has now regained some of his momentum after the tough loss to the Miz this past weekend. “You have to think that Cody Rhodes has never been more ready for a clash with John Cena at Hell in a Cell. However, he can’t look past this Friday, when he meets Dean Ambrose in a Survival Trials match” says Michael Cole.
We are now taken to a notice that tomorrow night, only on the WWE Network, the Survival Trials continues. The WWE Intercontinental Champion, Sheamus, goes one on one with the Miz!
We go backstage for the final time tonight, as Bad News Barrett is getting ready to leave. Renee Young catches up to him and says that she has some news for him. He sighs and says that whatever she has to say can wait because he’s riding high after winning tonight. He goes to leave but Renee says that Chris Jericho has requested that he be a guest on the Highlight Reel next Monday night. Barrett stops and turns around. He mulls it over before saying he accepts, but “I’M AFRAID I’VE GOT SOME BAD NEWS!” Barrett claims that it will be their last time being face to face before he destroys him at Hell in a Cell. SURVIVAL TRIALS – JOHN CENA (8) VS. ROMAN REIGNS (8); I can’t recall a Raw main event with a bigger fight feel in quite some time. The fans completely buy into this as a clash of the titans deal. They seem to be in the corner of Roman Reigns more than John Cena, cheering whenever Roman overpowers him or gets the upper hand. Cena plays into the fact that he’s the experienced veteran that has been to the top of the mountain. He realizes that Reigns has a speed advantage and is a bit jacked up, so he allows him to overplay his hand and make a mistake. Cena takes over, hitting the Five Knuckle Shuffle. He connects with the Attitude Adjustment but Reigns gets a shoulder up. Cena is stunned and gets in the official’s face to discuss it. He turns around right into a Spear, but is able to put his foot on the bottom rope. Reigns is now the stunned one, but instead of talking to the referee, he looks to strike again. Cena avoids a second Spear and Reigns hits the post. Cena rolls him up for two and once Reigns is up, Cena hoists him for another AA. Reigns manages to land on his feet, hit the ropes and duck a clothesline. He comes off the other ropes and connects on a second Spear to end the match. Roman Reigns defeats John Cena in 12:16!The WWE Universe comes to their feet in approval of the great match that we just saw. Both men are tired but it is Roman Reigns that moves to 5-0 in the tournament and picks up the biggest victory of his young career. While Reigns celebrates, John Cena begins to stir and looks up at him. They come face to face and Cena extends his hand, which Reigns accepts. Cena raises Reigns’ arm in a show of respect.
